1 Except there are places that require them, such as doctor's offices -- and, I think, hairdressing salons. Can't remember if I had to wear one last time my wife and I went for cuts.

I'm always at the doctor for one reason or another and stuck in those damnable masks.

And yes, the haircut place requires it too.

I don't know why people can't use their brains and understand the foolishness of trying to block a tiny virus with a cloth mask.

I had this argument and a woman sneered "I guess doctors and nurses wear them for no reason!" to which I rebutted "they wear them to prevent getting blood or other bodily fluids in their mouths and prevent their own from getting in patients openings, and it does help some with blocking backteria. Masks are and were useless for stopping a virus". No response, naturally.

People are happier being told what to think than actually thinking.
