Antipope and Antipresident

Timothy Birdnow

Francis, the antipope and Biden the antipresident labor to reverse what Reagan and John Paul II accomplished.

Frankie is packing the College of Cardinals too, and removing any traditionally-minded leaders from the Church. He's also suppressing the Latin Mass, which is the epicenter of conservative Catholicism.

I wonder if he isn't the False Prophet spoken of in Revelation.

1 I have friends who absolutely believe he is just as you say. And these people are Christians, but not Catholics.

2 There are a number of non-Catholics who despise all Popes. I often argue with them. I am forever astonished at Catholic bashing as we all face a much worse enemy than each-other.

That said, they aren't wrong in THIS instance. This guy is very bad news.

I fear he is going to lead to a schism at minimum. Catholicism is broken and he isn't doing anything to fix it. On the contrary he is breaking it even worse.

He helped protect a number of pedophiles, for instance, at a time when he should have been ferreting them out. He restored the Liberation Theology communists after John Paul II kicked them out. And he's refused to allow priests to withhold Communion from people like Nancy Pelosi who openly defy the teachings of the Church. And he's been promoting the gay lifestyle by not speaking against it - and in fact his Vatican is full of homosexuals.

This Papacy is a stink in the nostrils of the Most High.

3 I agree with you all the way. But Catholicism has not been destroyed (yet). The church in which Martha plays is filled with wonderful people (I've mentioned some of them to you), and their young priest has his head on straight. I should point out that he's become a personal friend. And he fired a teacher from their school who'd "come out."

4 Good for him! There are some good people left, but the Ruling Class in the Church is now radically progressive.

That's why I say there may be a schism. At what point do people leave and start their own Church to save the remnant? Eventually it will become a matter of leave or die (figuratively.)
