The Veterans Help Handout List

I have to restate at the Aviary my handout list for veterans needing help for a few reasons. One is that it is worth handing to any veteran you see asking for help on the street. Another reason is that with this list archived at the current version of the Aviary, I or anyone else can reference and print it if we are outside of home without a paper version this list in our pocket.
