No Evidence!

Maurizio Morabitu

There is no evidence

Only, >>ICYMI: Only 1 official ballot paper type was approved in Maricopa County AZ for all 2020 election counted ballots, yet 10 types were discovered by voter-volunteer s amounting to over 200,000 ‘non-conforming ’ ballots that were all counted in a race Joe Biden ‘won’ by far far less.<< (Rasmussen Report)

No evidence. None at all. President Bribem is a honourable man.

The Left's Double Standard

Selwyn Duke

selwynduke.com/2023/09/brit-big-brother-pressures-rumble-to-cancel-russel-brand.html

Excerpt:

If the recent actions of a British parliamentary committee head are any indication, there’s now a new standard for justice:

Mere allegations of sexual assault are enough to get a man canceled and prevented from making a living.

Of course, applying this across the board and beyond Britain would mean removing Joe Biden from office, since he has long been accused of a rather brutal s*xu@l assault (by Tara Reade). But such consequences are rarely visited on leftists. This standard is being applied, however, to entertainer-turned-commentator Russel Brand, which indicates that it’s not a standard at all.

It’s a double one.

Clinton Global Initiative to Steal from Ukrainians

Timothy Birdnow

Because they did such a great job of this in Haiti...

Clinton Global Initiative will launch network to provide new humanitarian aid to Ukrainians

FTA:

CGI announced numerous new programs Monday that it hopes will gather new monetary commitments and engagement, including gender equality and continued support for the people of Ukraine.

Hillary Clinton announced that gender equality will now be the fourth pillar of CGI's activities, along with fighting climate change, economic inclusion and public health issues.

"It is time to close the wage gap once and for all,” Hillary Clinton said. "It is time to protect and expand access to reproductive health care, abortion and quality maternity care once and for all. It is time to ensure that every girl everywhere can get the education she deserves.

CGI plans to announce the launch of the CGI Ukraine Action Network, as well as numerous financial pledges, to support nonprofits working in the country.

The CGI Ukraine Action Network is the result of a collaboration between Hillary Clinton and Olena Zelenska, first lady of Ukraine, that began last year. The new organization, which will be formally announced Tuesday, is designed to mobilize existing CGI partners, as well as new leaders from around the world, to create and finance new commitments for Ukrainians, according to CGI. Numerous monetary commitments for Ukraine are also set to be announced Tuesday,

Weird How That Works

Daniel Jupp

Still don’t have the Epstein client list.

Still have major Democrat politicians with a curious taste in ‘pedo erotica’ art.

Still have Hunter Biden walking free.

Still have child sex trafficking across an open border.

Still have a US President whose grim advances his own daughter was terrified of.

Still have a woman who accused that President of rape forced to flee to Russia.

Still have tens of thousands of kids go missing every year.

Still have powerful pedo networks doing whatever they please.

Still have it pretty much established that intelligence services like getting politicians involved in child abuse so they have leverage on them (Epstein was an asset).

But hey, look here-every single time someone starts questioning things and has a big following, we get a MSM sex scandal and abuse accusation (Russell Brand).

Weird how that works, isn’t it?

Super Ponzinomics

Bidenomics should be called Ponzinomics instead.

US Treasury interest servicing costs have started to rise dramatically… increasing by roughly $10 billion every month…

At current interest rates, we are heading towards $1 trillion per year… the beginning of a vicious debt interest spiral.

Men and Women are Different

Nikki Grace

This will probably not surprise anyone and many may not like my position on the issue. I don't find anything out of order with women being of lower participation in management in the corporations and government.

As an executive who managed both men and women, women overwhelmingly were unwilling to put in what men did for their jobs. Women employees always wanted more money, but stated and demonstrated that they didn't want to apply for the jobs that paid more because they didn't want to put in the overtime, the continuing education, the certifications and in some cases the licenses required for those positions. The commitment required.

I still meet young women workers today that tell me that they don't want to go into management for these very reasons, the demand of being in those positions. Women want more money but less demands made on them. Perhaps they know themselves better than the societal planners. Life is short, happiness is ephemeral, looking for happiness in a position or job will not deliver happiness to women.

Many may not like this either. Women have a higher average IQ than men as a group, however they have fewer outliers at both ends of the arc, fewer people of low IQ and fewer people of high IQ. Men overwhelmingly have more people of genius IQ. To me, this fits the pattern of the one in a hundred women who actually match the drive. characteristics , and willingness to sacrifice, the requirements to rise to those positions generally held by men in corporations in private sector and government in public sector.

Personally I find this acceptable. The political and societal push to diversity, equality and inclusion without regard for natural characteristics is a perversion, distortion and derangement of a natural order and leads to mismanagement ,devolution and instability in all institutions who try to force this unnatural development. And massive dissatisfaction and unhappiness.

As a comment on municipal governance. In the 80s while at college in Madison Wisconsin taking a course in commercial real estate underwriting and appraisal under the renown professor, Dr. Graskamp, as part of our course work we studied urban planning, an emerging field. At that time degrees were beginning to be offered in urban planning. Those departments were run by leftists.

Cities evolve organically, generally concentrically within topographical boundaries. Leftist wanted to destroy the separation of the classes, social, racial and economic that happens organically in society. Class warfare, the common refrain of leftists. The old canard of "good intentions". What this leftist central planning utopian idea is leading to is blight, flight, conflict, increased crime, corruption and collapse of infrastructure. There may be a more enlightened governance paradigm awaiting in the future but at the present, the direction is deranged.

The Return of the Aristocracy

Wallace L. Garneau

The left see themselves as the French Aristocracy of pre-revolutionary France, outbidding one another not to show off the lavishness of their wealth, but their willingness to believe stupid things in a quest to ‘out-woke’ their fellow aristocrats. Everyone else in the country – we are the poor, wretched workers slogging life out in the disgusting shit-filled mud of…

americaoutloud.news

Tim adds:

Good point. I was arguing with an idiot liberal (is there any other kind?) who claimed the Right is the old vestiges of the aristocracy. I guffawed; the aristocracy is clearly on the Left, and we know this because the actual old guard of the aristocracy - the British monarchy, for example, or old money in Europe - are all solidly on the Left. Or does anyone think King Charles is some right-winger?

And their policies clearly suggest a paternalism that has always been the hallmark of the aristocrat. The concept of Oblesse Noblige and that men must be governed by their betters is all a part of the modern Left.

So too is the concept of your position in society being governed by your birth. The woke concept of group identity and "original sin" of white people is but a flipping of the concept of birthright heirarchy.

Please Come to Trump's Trial

Timothy Birdnow

Sung to the tune of Crosby, Stills, and Nash's Chicago:

Donald Trump is bound and gagged
as lies pour from witness chairs
Won't you please come to his trial
just to sing (you stool pigeons).
In a land that's known for freedom
there is none for orange hair
Won't you please come to the trial
we will burn some witches there

We can flay the creep
bury him so deep
we're just dying to convict him

Politicians sit and smile they all want him to be gone
Won't you please come to his trial it's just wrong
Don't ask Jack to fight fair 'cause he'll turn the other ear
won't you please come to his trial so the Democrats can cheer

We can flay the creep
bury him so deep
we're just dying to convict him

(It's dying)
If you believe in justice
(It's dying)
If you believe in freedom
(It's dying)
Let a man live his own life
(It's dying)
Rights and law, who needs them

slam the jail house door

Donald Trump must not be free I hope the day comes soon
Won't you soon come to the trial just to see how much wwe wound
we'll go after him all morning, in the day and afternoon
won't you please come to his trial
we'll hit him like a monsoon

We can flay the creep
bury him so deep
we're just dying to convict him

Smith's Attempt to Gag Trump

Jonathan Turley

@JonathanTurley

Jack Smith waited for late Friday to file a sweeping motion seeking to gag Trump in referencing witnesses and attorneys in the case. While calling it "narrowly tailored," it would effectively bar Trump from discussing the case in the midst of a presidential campaign...

...The order would prohibit Trump from making statements "regarding the identity, testimony, or credibility of prospective witnesses" and "statements about any party, witness, attorney, court personnel, or potential jurors that are disparaging and inflammatory, or intimidating."

...So after fighting to try Trump in the middle of the presidential election, Smith is seeking to curtail him from discussing one of the most important issues in the campaign. No one would argue with a bar on disparaging witnesses. However, some of the witnesses and parties are political figures...

$300 a Week for Invasion

Timothy Birdnow

There needs to be a tax revolt in California. Everyone should stop paying taxes to the state over this.

California Senate has approved a measure to provide $300 weekly checks to each illegal immigrant

Steven Chase observes:

California Senate has approved a measure to provide $300 weekly checks to each illegal immigrant. The bill, known as Senate Bill 227, was passed unanimously by Democrats.
The checks would be distributed by California’s unemployment insurance fund, which ADMITS being defrauded of approximately $31 BILLION during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This measure comes at a time when the state is facing a significant budget deficit.

Think I am joking? I am not.

Weissman Prosecuted for Withholding Evidence

Timothy Birdnow

Deputy FBI director Andrew Weissman is facing serious ethics charges in New York.

Weissman, you may remember, was point man for Robert Mueller in his witch hunt probe of President Trump in the early years of the Trump Presidency.

FTA:

Serious ethical charges against FBI Deputy Director Andrew Weissmann are pending before the First Judicial Department Disciplinary Committee in New York. The charges arise from his role in hiding evidence favorable to the defense when he was a federal prosecutor leading the Enron Task Force. The Department of Justice is handling his defense.

According to the DOJ, there was no violation of the rules of ethics, even if Weissmann "plainly suppressed” evidence favorable to the defense—as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held that the Enron Task Force did. Mr. Weissmann, who also serves as General Counsel to the FBI, has pitched his entire ethics defense on the claim that the Rules of Professional Conduct require prosecutors to disclose to the defense team only information that is both favorable and"material.” That may be the standard for reversing a criminal conviction under the Supreme Court’s 1963 decision inBrady v. Maryland, but the ethical rules require more.

Any notion that the Rules of Professional Conduct merely codify or mirror Brady, and do not press beyond it,would be a majorNEWS FLASHto anyone even moderately familiar with legal ethics. The text of the rule (usually aparagraphof Rule 3.8, Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor), explicitly requires prosecutors "to make timely disclosure to the defense of all evidence or information known to the prosecutor that tends to negate the guilt of the accused.” What part of "all” is confusing to the Department of Justice?

So Weissman hid exculpatory evidence. How many other such cases are there? Inquiring minds want to know.

But of course even if Jack Smith or Alvin Bragg or Big Fani get caught, it will be after the election when it will no longer matter.

The Democrats are willing to risk it.

In times past nobody tried to weaponize the law because it was a double-edged sword, easily weaponized by the enemy. Everyone understood that. But the GOOP has gone into complete surrender mode and the Democrats know they can do this and there will be limited response (if any) from  the cowards in the GOP.

Why not do it? When there is no price to be paid there is no reason not to do so.

I'm encouraged to see this, especially in  the extremely liberal state of New York.

Arguing with Idiots; Globalism and Climate Edition

Timothy Birdnow

In an argument with a stupid liberal (but I repeat myself) he accused me of being mean and saying my attitude won't "redeem Mankind".

We were discussing my 2008 article The Right to Mobility and he just couldn't take it.

I told him if he needed a redeemer he should try Jesus and not government.

I also directed him to these words from his own side, which follow.

Paul Chevalier says:

Your coherency-challenged priggish tirades actively avoid addressing details of arguments presented, instead they deflect into comically transparent talking points and disingenuous strawman false characterizations, spiraling down into a raging hatred of the "enemy”, wandering off into nugatory non-sequiturs (Maui? seriously?)

And again, you've missed the irony of anyone reflecting hateful rhetoric back to you(aka "can dish it out but can’t take it”). What these threads expose is that your entire online persona unerringly devolves into a tiresome incessant fact-avoidant diatribe against the evil bogeyman you’ve been brainwashed to hate, the "Left". It might never dawn on you that what you’re really doing is furthering polarization, and are assuredly known to IRA as an asset that they can easily feed propaganda to via your predictable "news” sources, knowing you’ll eagerly parrot them and further their work at division and undermining of our democracy. They’d willingly pay you to do more of the same, if they aren’t already doing so.That’s about as un-American as can be.
to quote Bertrand Russell, Human Society in Ethics and Politics:
"When you hate, you generate a reciprocal hate. When individuals hate each other, the harm is finite; but when great groups of nations hate each other, the harm may be infinite and absolute. Do not fall back upon the thought that those whom you hate deserve to be hated. I do not know whether anybody deserves to be hated, but I do know that hatred of those whom we believe to be evil is not what will redeem mankind.”

End

This after he had attacked me, calling me a racist to one of his friends (which he posted accidentally and deleted.)

This after he said:

"Timothy Birdnow Aside from the palaverous hate-filled ramblings assembled from the talking points of worst of the worst extremist media outlets, can you explain whether your core claim of "refusing our right to drill for oil" is a patent falsehood known to you and you're just spouting it for some pathetically otiose agenda, or if you actually give credence to it out of factual ignorance. Please ponder a couple of thoughts: 1: what percentage of U.S. petroleum drilling is done on private vs public lands, and 2: How many drilling leases for public lands are currently approved for energy companies, where those companies are choosing not to exercise them? Simple facts like those (and many others) trivially neuter your simple-minded and rage-blinded meretricious blatherings"

And cautioned his friend Craig Ball:

Keeping distance is prudent. Anything suggesting more than an arm's-length association with toxic extremist persona risks jeopardizing not just clearances.

I retort:

War Dances

Nikki Grace

What happened to Elon Musk this past week showcases how completely unhinged and dangerous U.S. policy to Ukraine has become.

The condemnation began when the Washington Post published excerpts from a new biography on Musk revealing that he turned down a Ukrainian request to help launch a major sneak attack in September 2022 on the Crimean port of Sevastopol.

There were numerous, legitimate reasons why Musk refused to activate his Starlink internet services for Ukraine to carry out the unprecedented, surprise attack on Russian naval vessels: Musk was providing terminals to Ukraine for free; he was not on a military contract at that time; the late-night request came directly from the Ukrainian—not American—govern ment; and Starlink had never been activated over Crimea because of U.S. sanctions on Russia.

Most importantly, Musk was concerned that enabling the attack could result in serious "conflict escalation". He worried that he was being asked to turn on Starlink for a "Pearl Harbor like attack" and had no wish to "proactively take part in a major act of war", possibly provoking a Russian nuclear response.

In response to this nuclear aversion, Musk was called "evil" by a high-level Ukrainian official and "traitor" by American war enthusiasts.

Some Of The Loudest Advocated Of 'The Voice' Have Tenuous Claims Of Indigeniety

James Doogue

Thomas Mayo is just another example. Thomas Mayo, is a signatory to the Uluru Statement from the Heart, author of the Voice to Parliament Handbook and member of the government’s Referendum Working Group. Yet his mother comes from European stock and his father's great grandfather was a Philippine/Malay who 'colonised' the Toress Strait Islands in the 1800's.

But should any Australian have rights and privileges above other Australians based on hereditary status? Aren't modern democracies all around the world moving away from hereditary rights? Yet The Voice will install rights and privileges to Australians who claim to have Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ancestry in perpetuity.

In Thomas Mayo's own words, the Voice is the first step in introducing treaties including reparations and special rights in perpetuity.

Roger Large explains to Thomas Mayo why he went from a soft YES to firm NO voter in the upcoming ferendumk.

Thomas and me — Dark Emu Exposed - And the Assault on Australian History
dark-emu-exposed.org

Tim adds:

He needs to hook up with Elizabeth Warren; they could play at being minorities together.

The reality is neither native Americans nor Australian Aborigines or Torres Islanders did anything with the land and, as in the Little Red Hen, now want to eat the goodies made by someone else, and are trying to take it through identity politics.

I agree James; this is a return to the old idea of a two-class system, only they flipped the classes, placing minorities at the top of the pyramid.

You cannot possibly justify giving such special privileges to a minority group and still maintain equality under the law. The Law is supposed to treat everyone equally and allow them to find their own level. This seeks to artificially buttress the minorities in favor of the white people - a gross civil rights violation.

If someone claims to want a fair deal in life they cannot expect to get it by cheating someone else out of a fair shake. That is what the Voice will do.

The High Cost of Illegals

Diane Kimura

FAIR’s most recent comprehensive fiscal cost study showed that illegal aliens and their U.S.-born children impose a net annual cost of $150.6 billion per year on American taxpayers as of the beginning of 2023.

According to the previous (2017) cost study, the annual net cost of illegal migration was approximately $116 billion.[2] This means that in the short span of 5 years, the annual cost to American taxpayers has increased by nearly $35 billion.

When further adjusted for the increased illegal alien population growth demonstrated by this report, taxpayers are being set up for annual spending to the tune of $163 billion and counting. This burden will only continue to grow due to the Biden administration’ s open-borders policies.
