The Right to Life Tied to Property

Absolutely correct. The first property right is the right to own YOURSELF, meaning your life is yours and you own it. Hence you have a right to life. And if you own your own life you have a right to own other stuff, particularly that which you have made or trade what you have made to acquire Property rights and human rights are unseverable.
