If John Kennedy and Chuck Grassley are voting in favor of this, I'm at least going to give them a hearing before I stomp on them. I have quite a bit of respect for both of them.

I do too Dana, but they are just wrong here. I think it's the old Cold War mentality. Both gentlemen are viewing this through the prism of the past.
I'd like for them to explain what our national interest there is, and what our strategy is, and our exit strategy.
They really can't. No doubt all they would do would be make non-sequiters about Hitler and how we have to "fight them there".
