F'r cryin' out loud, why should an 8-year old be masturbating? He hasn't matured to the point where anything is going to come out if he does. And frankly, I don't remember being able to "get it up" at that age.

It is absolutely degenerate Dana, and inexcusable. I agree; most kids can't get it into the full and upright position at that age and certainly not understand what all the fuss is about.
