I remember reading an article by a real scientist, on some subject or other, who said "We should preface anything we say with 'considering our current level of ignorance on the subject...'"

Feynman's point was that there is a pseudo-science that masquerades as science. It has all the trappings of science, but in the end it's as fake as a Lee Press On Nail. It's just like the cargo cult airstrips; simply an attempt to LOOK scientific. Fauci meets that criteria.
