Macron launches a contest to design new spires for Notre Dame.
It was just such a contest that gave us the ridiiculous memorial in Shankesville, site of the crashed airliner that was retaken by heroes from the 011 lhijackers. It was such a contest that kept the rebuilding of the World Trade Center in stasis. And no doubt it this contest will emphasize not Christianity but some sort of agnostic brotherhood. This is a terrible idea.
But we knew it was coming. The West and particularly agnostic France is incapable of doing anything to preserve our heritage.
