An NYPD sergeant urged a Midtown Starbucks to stop giving free food to the homeless after dozens of disturbance calls at the location.
But the coffeehouse, not far from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, ignored the warning and that same cop wound up being assaulted by a vagrant — who was angry over the quality of his free croissant, the officer charges in a lawsuit.
"I warned that someone would end up getting hurt — it was an unsafe environment. It turned out to be me,†Sgt. Timothy Wall told The Post.
And despite 80 disturbances involving vagrants at the latte palace in 2017 alone, according to Wall’s suit, Starbucks says the cop has no one to blame but himself.

David Hogg trivializes the Holocaust

This type of crap again. As my late mother, an Auchwitz surivivor, used to say when some new story surfaced related to WWII Europe, "They won't let you forget." This is what happens when young people are taught no history before the invention of the modern cell phone, around 1980. Now Hogg sees himself as "the new Holocaust." Someone should tell him that Hitler confiscated all civilian guns from Jew and Gentile alike. But Hogg probably believes that he is The Center of the Universe, i.e., G-d and the Messiah all rolled into one.

The Greitens Saga Keeps Getting Darker and Deeper

Looks like the attack on Mo. Governor Eric Greitens was financed by some shady political operatives. According to the Belleville News Democrat:
"The attorney for the man who first accused Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens of blackmail said Monday that he received $100,000 from an anonymous source in January.
Al Watkins, the St. Louis attorney who represents the ex-husband of Greitens’ alleged victim, confirmed the payments, which came in two $50,000 increments, while talking to reporters shortly after a St. Louis judge ruled that he could not also represent an investigator in the case.
The decision of the ex-husband to go public with the allegations that Greitens had photographed his ex-wife without her consent to keep her from speaking about an affair has led to a felony indictment in St. Louis and a Missouri House investigation that could lead to impeachment.
Watkins said he did not know the source of the money but thinks it was delivered to deal with fallout from the affair's disclosure. It was dropped off by a person who appeared to be a courier, he said."

Here is an interesting bit of information the national press likely will not divulge; the Waffle House shooter in Nashville was indeed mentally ill - but also liked to dress in women's clothing. According to the Belleville News Democrat:
"# June 2017 — Police reported Reinking broke into a pool in Tazewell wearing a pink woman's housecoat and underwear. He yelled at lifeguards when they told him to get out and flashed his genitals.
# June 2017 — Employees of the construction company Reinking's father owns said directly before the pool incident, Reinking approached them wearing a pink dress and holding a rifle. He yelled at the employees before throwing the rifle in his trunk and speeding away. "Apparently the rifle stayed in the trunk of the vehicle during the incident," the police report read."

Move on was organized when Bill Clinton was impeached; its name echoes its purpose, which was to move on from the impeachment. So now this organization, which argued in favor of a Democrat President, not only refuses to move on from the collapsed false narrative of "Russian collusion" but is organizing a massive protest should the current President try to move on. Astounding.
It's why I used to call them Moron.ogr.

Thou Shall Not Kill or Not Murder?

Here below were myself, in a 2006 piece at American Thinker, and Dennis Prager (a significantly greater Hebrew and Jewish religion scholar than myself) in a 2014 article, pointing out an error in the King James Bible where it erronously translates the Commandment "Thou Shall Not Murder" as the incorrect "Thou Shall Not Kill." American Thinker included their Christian writer James Arlandson explanation of the Christian position today in response to my blog piece. Arlandson claimed that Christianity gives the State (exclusively?) the right to kill. When someone with a gun carry permit, not a police officer, hears gunshots at the shopping mall or movie theater (as Prager pointed out as an example), they have the moral right in Judaism (and I suspect Christianity as well) to stop the evil slaughter of innocents by killing the assailant and it would not be committing murder but would be stopping evil. There are defensible excuses for the 17th Century King James translation of the Old Testament but there are no excuses for the New King James Bible, published in the 1970s, in making this error, as there are many scholars, both Jewish and Christian, who could have told the New King James translation authorities exactly what the original text says in Hebrew. And this mistranslation has caused much moral and emotional conflict in some young American soldiers and Marines.
My skill level in Hebrew is about 3rd grade level and I own a Hebrew-English Tanach (Old Testament). The first listing in second of the Five Books of Moses (Torah) in The book of "Names" or "Shmot" in Hebrew (called "Exodus" in English) lists this Commandment in a short and non-poetic direct translation as "No Murder." more...

new Play is about the Chevron/Amazon lawsuit- where the plaintiffs, led
by Steven Donziger, a New York lawyer and former friend of Barrack
Obama, sued the Chevron Oil company and were awarded $18bln. Yes, you
read that right - they were awarded 18 BILLION DOLLARS. It was the
largest award in civil court history - but the lawyers were later
forced to hand over documents and emails that revealed the award was
secured by bribing the judge and secretly ghostwriting the judgement.
Just like my previous play FERGUSON, the court sections of
the play are completely verbatim and a lot of the rest is also based on
evidence. The new play is hilarious and it shows the dishonesty that is
at the root of so much of these environmentally based lawsuits. How
they were eventually caught and the fraud uncovered reads like
something out of a farcical spy novel. Of course the theatrical
establishment already hate this play because it reveals the truth.
Already we have actors refusing to be part of the project because of
the story but as of now we have a full cast and crew. (I'll send you

Dems Suing Trump Over Computer Hack

Can you imagine the gall of the Democrats? After hiring a hit man to murder Trump's reputation and obtain warrants to spy on him on that basis they Donkeys are now going to sue President Trump for their own computer system getting hacked.
AS it was, the system was likely sabotaged from within. Nobody knows because the Democrats refused to let the FBI examine their servers. Oh, and they probably had the Awan brothers take a look at the servers, too.
"L'audace, l'audace, toujours l'audace!" ...
If Trump is at all competent he will countersue for the Steele Dossier and Collusion meme. He'll also use discovery to tear them a new sphincter.

This is stupid beyond words. People EAT with knives. A knife can be made by sharpening any old chunk of metal. There is absolutely no way to stop people from obtaining a knife if they want. And while I sympathize with the bereaved mother I have to question her intelligence and perhaps her sanity.
You simply cannot take away any dangerous object from a potential killer. And you cannot legislate any and every danger. You can pass all the laws against gravity you like but you're still going to break your neck if you step off a cliff.
Liberals are losing all touch with reality.
