Shakeup at DOJ over Census Question

This from Judson Phillips:

Obama's team spent 8 years packing DOJ with radical, left wing lawyers in career, civil service positions. I have wondered how many of these lawyers have tanked government cases to oppose Trump

DOJ announces legal team shift over citizenship question on 2020 census

From the article:

James Burnham, the current deputy attorney general in the DOJ’s civil division and former White House lawyer, will no longer be heading the department’s efforts in the census case.

A word from Tim:

James Burnham is on Trumpp Judicial short list and would possibly have to leave the case. He was a White House Counsel before coming to the DOJ.

No doubt Judson is right though; the Administration has probably been knifed in the back by the double agents Mr. Obama snuck in there.
