A former sheriff is facing over 12 years in prison for showing up at the J6 self-guided Capitol tour.
Prosecutors admitted he committed no acts of violence. He is guilty of trespassing and shlepping around with a tool (a hatchet.)
There is no justice with any of these prosecutions. No justice no peace!

There is a clear correlation. Shortly after the unemployment figures start rising, a recession usually follows.

At most there might be enough fossil fuels in the ground to raise CO2 from current 400 ppm to 800 ppm. But in the past there was several times this much CO2 and the oceans did not acidify, but only became slightly less caustic (currently about 8.2 pH). U.S. Steel is shutting down a major foundry in Granite City Illinois. A thousand employees are expected to be laid off.
Granite City is a suburb of St. Louis. I grew up just across the river from there.
That is another manufacturing plant now gone from America and a thousand workers now going on the dole.
This is a sign of the times. Joe Biden is deindustrializing America and doing a fine job of it too.

It's official; the number of foreign-born people in the U.S. is 49 million.
That is more than the entire country of Canada,which has but 38.25 million. It is almost double the population of Australia (at 25.69 million). It is more than the population of Argentina at 45.81 million. Way more than the population of Chile at 19.49 million, and it beats Venezuela at 28.2 million.
California, the most populous state in the U.S., has but 39,029,342 million people, meaning the foreign-born outnumber the entire state by ten million.
How do you preserve a culture with that many people from elsewhere?
And that number is probably quite low; it's more las the number of illegals is probably seriously undercounted.
It's an entire nation of immigrants alone.
America has been erased, and Americans are now training our replacements.

Good news these days on the political front.
First, 21 Democrats in the House of Representatives are not seeking reelection compared to just 11 Republicans. Meanwhile in the Senate four Demcrats are retiring compared to 2 Republicans.
This on top of the fact that more Democrats are defending their Senate seats then Republicans. 20 Democrats are defending while only 10 Republicans.
And a new Gallup poll finds Joe Biden with just a puny 27% support among Independents, the demographic we are told is vital to electoral success.
Granted,we are still a year out from the election and a lot can happen. But things are looking good at this point.
Oh, and Donald Trump has won repeatedly in state courts to remain on the ballot despite efforts to call him an insurrectionist and disqualify him from public office via the 14th amendment.
AND the latest polling shows Trump cleaning Biden'sclock in every battleground state.
But fear not! The GOP can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in the most amazing fashion. I have faith in McDaniels,McConnell, and the rest of the Republican leadership to turn near-certain victory into a squeeker, or a total disaster.

Many believe that faith and reason, or religion and science, contradict each other. They see God or faith in Him, as irrational, since God cannot be proven to exist with our limited understanding and limited science.
However, we are learning more about our universe, and advances in our understanding of science, such as seen in Quantum physics, is thinning the line between faith and science. They do not contradict each other, but compliment each other.
One of the things I love about the Catholic Church is its dedication to truth, the scientific method, and it's natural skepticism to claims of the supernatural. For miracles to be accepted, there is a long process the church goes through to either validate it or reject it.
In cases of alleged demonic possession, the church goes through an exhaustive process. They delve into the medical and psychological history of the subject. Only when all earthly explanations are ruled out, they then look for known signs of the demonic, such as knowledge of events or personal information of others which the subject possesses that he or she could not have possibly known. Speaking in a foreign language, usually Latin, is another sign.
Then, even after all that, a bishop has to give the okay to a priest to perform the ritual of exorcism.
The Shroud of Turin, seen by many as the burial cloth of Christ, is another example. As our science and testing improves, there seems to be little doubt that it is indeed, the burial cloth of Jesus. Yet the church refuses to take a stand on it. It only says that it is an object worthy of meditation and a reminder of what Christ suffered for us.
Moreover, most of the biggest scientific discoveries were made by Catholic priests and laymen, who were motivated by their faith in a Creator, and saw the understanding of science and the universe as a service to God.
The Big Bang Theory was discovered by a Catholic priest.
Hospitals and universities were started by the Catholic Church. Classical education was and is highly valued by the Church. To this day, the education and curriculum in Catholic seminaries is second to none.
The claim that God does not exist because our sciences can't detect Him is what's irrational.
If God did create us and this universe, which includes space, time and matter, such a Creator exists outside of space, time, and matter. He has no beginning and no end. He cannot be measured or studied by a science limited to space, time, and matter.
We experience time as lineal...past, present, and future. Quantum Mechanics tells us that is a type of illusion. That time...past, present, and future, all happen together as one. We experience it as lineal.
QM also tells us matter is made up of mostly empty space. Solid objects have more empty space than solid matter.
There is so much we don't know. We are in our infancy of scientific understanding, and we have the hubris to claim God does not exist because we, in our infancy and extremely limited understanding, cannot detect him. Is that rational?
If God exists, created us, loves us, and wanted a personal relationship with us, how would He communicate His nature to us? We, with such limited minds and knowledge?
He would tell us that faith is the substance of things hoped for. The evidence of things not seen...or understood. He would tell us that unless we become child like in our embrace of Him, we cannot enter the Kingdom of God, or His kingdom cannot enter us.
Pope John Paul II wrote a book called faith and reason. I hear it's a very good book. That will be my next read.
May the God who is greater than our sciences and above it, pierce the walls of resistance we built in our hubris and fear, and grace us with the knowledge of His immeasurable love for us.

In the total energy balance on the surface of this planet radiation is doodely. The only industrial application that I know using radiation for heating is paint booths — say for cars. Other than that, it’s microwave ovens and heat lamps to keep the French fries warm. That’s it.

The government had burn records prior to 1985 deleted from the official data base so they could claim forest fires are setting all time record highs. They do the same with temperature records by creating a database that only started recently. The government has stooped to ignoring science and logic in support of their narrative.

This is fairly common. Inflation always boosts consumer spending in it's early phase for this very reason. Eventually it drains all the resources from the economy then you wind up with stagflation - no growth and high inflation. But the good consumer spending is precisely why many politicians are eager for inflation; it hides the real damage done to the economy by heavy tax and spend policies and living on credit.
A doomsday economy is rather like the activity one sees as a corpse decomposes. It appears to be active as it bloats and decays. But that is the end stage of what had once been healthy.
America is bloating right now.

Most on the right is taking away from this that Biden is irresponsible and perhaps forgetful. While I agree he is both in this instance I think it purely strategic.
Biden is reminding our enemies we still have this power. And, given his declining faculties (something left unsaid) who knows what he will do with that power.
Sun Tzu, the ancient Chinese military philosopher, admonished generals to be unpredictable.
Sun Tzu said 'The whole secret lies in confusing the enemy, so that he cannot fathom our real intent.' and 'A military operation involves deception. Even though you are competent, appear to be incompetent. Though effective, appear to be ineffective.' also 'The whole secret lies in confusing the enemy, so that he cannot fathom our real intent.'
Mr. Biden certainly appears to be incompetent and ineffective, of that there is no question. But our enemies, particularly the Iranians, need a gentle little reminder of the awsome power that can be unleashed if Biden so chooses.
Donald Trump was a student of Sun Tzu, and he often employed Tzu's principles in his Presidency. America's enemies were afraid of him because they could never figure him out. (It was true of his political enemies at home, who were always shooting in the wrong spot.) This is very much like something Trump would have done - and been pilloried for doing. The media would have called Trump irresponsible and outrageous for saying this. But it is an effective thing to do.
Of course, as with anything else, you have to actually have a track record of using the power on occasion, something Mr. Biden has not done.
There was an old Happy Days episode where Fonzi was teaching Ritchie about fighting. He explained you don't have to actually fight - the threat alone is enough. But then Ritchie learned the one detail Fonzie forgot to mention - you must first actually win a fight to show you mean business.
Biden needs to actually win a fight before making such threats. But at least he's thinking, or someone in his staff is anyway.
As Lucy would say in Peanuts "he may be a blockhead but he at least did THAT right."

Joe Biden has cut a secret agreement to tear down three hydroelectric dams in the Pacific Northwest to protect salmon.

A group of House lawmakers representing the Pacific Northwest made public a court-approved confidential mediation between the Biden administration and environmental groups pushing to remove four hydroelectric dams in Washington to protect salmon.
The document, which until now hasn’t been made public, was drafted on Nov. 2 as part of an agreement in which activist groups agreed to pause their litigation against the federal government. The groups have argued in favor of breaching the four federally-managed dams amid declining salmon populations in the lower Snake River, which winds through Idaho and Washington before feeding into the Columbia River and then into the Pacific Ocean.
"It is imperative that our constituents, whose livelihoods depend on the Columbia River System, have a comprehensive understanding of this document’s contents so they can anticipate and prepare for the wide-ranging impacts that will inevitably be felt across the region should the commitments detailed in this document be realized,” the lawmakers, led by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., wrote to President Biden on Wednesday.

Te report explains that the dams were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers… and "still provide about 8% of the state’s electricity, enough to serve millions of residents, and have a large total capacity of 3,000 megawatts.”
All part of the Administration's deindustrialization of America.
Dams are the most renewable of all energy sources. As long as rain falls from the sky the dam will work. And that without carbon dioxide emissions, or sulfur compounds, or anything else.
That the Junta did it in secret is illustrative of the fact they know the public will rebel if it becomes widespread knowledge.
Joe Biden is utterly determined to make America into the Third World.

The core of Letitia James' case against Donald Trump rests on the fantasy he overvalued his properties.
David Williams, an executive at Deutsche Bank, tore the partisan hack prosecutor's case apart.

Bloomberg wrote about Williams’ testimony:

business with Trump in 2016 – not because of any issues with his loans,

So, Trump did not overvalue his property and the bank was in no way harmed.
How did Letitia James h have standing to bring these civil charges in the first place?
But it probably won't matter as this judge has it in for Mr. Trump and will do whatever he can to drain Trump dry and make him appear to be a crook.
Time to fight fire with fire and go after these people.

I was under the impression the courts rules Biden couldn't unilaterally do this.
813,000 student-loan borrowers are now getting emails that their loans are wiped out following Biden's recent reforms
Back in June the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Biden's loan forgiveness scheme was illegal.
Yet now we have Biden sending out letters claiming he has forgiven the loans.
This is yet another article of impeachment that should be used against Mr. Biden. Sadly the GOP refuses to take aggressive action against him.
