Soros building an American Waffen SS

Timothy Birdnow

George Soros, the Hungarian ex-Nazi billionaire who is trying to make the world safe for communism and short-sale profits, is buying up DA slots across the nation. Printus LeBlanc has the story at the Daily Torch:

"Over the last few years, progressive billionaire George Soros has dumped millions of dollars into district attorney races around the country. Soros has used his considerable finances and political clout to challenge district attorneys that do not fit into his progressive ideological agenda. more...

Losing Pennsylvania Oh One Eight

Timothy Birdnow

As the media and their Democrat allies continue to crow about how they are going to absolutely STOMP the Republicans and that SOB Donald J. Trump in the next election because they won a Republican held seat in Congress, I would like to make a few more observations about this "historic" victory.

First, there are more registered Democrats in Pennsylvania 18 than Republicans. Although the GOP has been gaining ground there for a long time, the district is still more Democrat than republican, so base turnout is critical. Wikipedia states: more...

Safe Schools or Secure Prisons?

Timothy Birdnow

Here is an interesting essay arguing against improved security in public schools. While I have argued for armed teachers and for greater armed security in schools - including a neighborhood watch of armed, trained, vetted volunteers - John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute makes a good case in opposition.

From the Whitehead essay:

"Nowadays, students are not only punished for minor transgressions such as playing cops and robbers on the playground, bringing LEGOs to school, or having a food fight, but the punishments have become far more severe, shifting from detention and visits to the principal’s office into misdemeanor tickets, juvenile court, handcuffs, tasers and even prison terms."

Republican bathtub attacks Mrs. Clinton in India

Jack Kemp

Those Deplorables will stop at nothing! And just after Hillary probably had a few drinks to steady her nerves...

She said that Republicans "didn't like black people getting rights." Hillary, check the vote count for the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Most who voted for it were Republicans. And check out Abraham Lincoln's political affiliation during the Civil War. This is just a bunch of hate filled lies from the former Wicked Witch of the West Wing. Maybe she can now get a wheelchair like Old Man Potter in "It's a Wonderful Life."

Hillary Clinton fractures wrist after slipping in India resort bathtub, report says
Hillary Clinton's visit to India suffered another setback this week as the former secretary of state fractured her wrist after slipping in the bathtub at the five-star resort where she was staying, according to a report by DNA India.
The website reported that Clinton was taken to a hospital in the city of Jodphur at around 5 a.m. local time Wednesday. Clinton underwent an X-ray and a CT scan that confirmed a hairline fracture of her right wrist.

The Times of India reported that Clinton had been given a plaster bandage and advised to go for another checkup in three days. The injury does not impact Clinton's ability to travel.

The Times of India and DNA India both reported that Clinton had been treated for pain in her right hand since she arrived in Jodphur Tuesday afternoon. The pain forced her to cancel a planned visit to the 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort Tuesday evening.

Democrat Win In Pennsylvania a Ho-Hummer

Timothy Birdnow

Does the assumed victory of the Democrats in swiping a House seat in Pennsylvania mean a Democrat sweep in November? Nahhhh.

From the Patriot Post:

"First, at best this serves as a temporary victory for Democrats in a district where current boundaries are disputed — the Pennsylvania Supreme Court recently ruled that the state’s district boundaries were unfairly gerrymandered. The case is now in the appellate courts, but, whatever the outcome, Democrats will have to defend the seat again come November.

Second, and what may be the most significant point to note here, Lamb ran on key campaign issues that are in direct opposition to the national Democrat Party’s leftist policy platform

Peace Treaty in Korea?

Dana Mathewson

We could be on the verge of a major breakthrough that any president would give his... er, eyeteeth to have the chance to bring about.

And if this thing IS in the wings, it may explain why we are suddenly seeing a change in the head job at State.

From the article:

A South Korean official in their President’s office revealed that Kim Jong Un would like a peace treaty with the United States that would formally end the Korean War.

The treaty would address the regime’s security, the status of U.S. troops in South Korea and their joint military drills, as well as North Korea’s nuclear weapons program.

Bloomberg reports:

"Kim Jong Un wants to sign a peace treaty after meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump, South Korean media reported, reviving a long-held goal of the North Korean regime.

Kim is likely to raise the possibility of a peace treaty, along with establishing diplomatic relations and nuclear disarmament, during a meeting with the U.S. leader, the Dong-A Ilbo newspaper said Monday, citing an unidentified senior official in South Korea’s presidential office. Trump last week agreed to meet Kim, although key details of the summit have yet to be decided.

Read the rest; it's interesting, to put it mildly. And it does explain why Tillerson, a guy incapable of bold and speedy motion, would not be the man for the job.

Liz Warren's "Indian problem" only gets worse

Jack Kemp

Massachusetts woman Senator speaks with forked tongue...honest injun. She was Boston Braves fan before they moved to Milwaukee and later to Atlanta. But since she didn't play baseball, she was not a member of the tribe.

If you had any doubt that Sen. Elizabeth Warren has her eye on the White House, it was dispelled this past weekend when she showed up on the Sunday morning talk shows to say she wasn’t running for president.

By issuing a deliberately non-Shermanesque denial, Warren signaled her strong interest in 2020. But while the former law professor has learned to speak Washington doubletalk like a native, her other tribal connections — or lack thereof — may yet trip her up.
Rather than retracting or apologizing for past assertions of Native American identity that have been refuted by genealogists and historians, the Massachusetts Democrat is doubling down on her story about being a Cherokee or a Delaware.
Last month, The Post dared her to take a DNA test to prove her story and now a Bay State paper (The Berkshire Eagle) has issued the same challenge. The test results would either compel critics like President Donald Trump to stop calling her "Pocahontas” or force her to admit it was all a lie.
But while Warren won’t take the test, she also won’t shut up about being a Native American. On the Sunday shows, she repeated the story she’s been telling for years about her parents’ epic romance in which her father’s family opposed the match because of her mother’s supposed Indian ancestry.

Student Barred from Class on Christianity because he Claimed Only Two Sexes

Dana Mathewson

A religious studies major was barred from Christianity class at Indiana University of Pennsylvania for saying during class that there are only two genders. Lake Ingle, a senior at the university, said he was silenced and punished by IUP Professor Alison Downie for questioning her during a Feb. 28 "Christianity 481: Self, Sin, and Salvation” lecture. After showing a 15-minute TED Talk by transgender ex-pastor Paula Stone Williams discussing the "reality” of "mansplaining,” "sexism from men,” and "male privilege,” the professor asked the women in the class to share their thoughts. When no women in the class said anything, Ingle spoke up, challenging the professor on biology and the gender wage gap.

Lies My Government Warmists Told Me

Timothy Birdnow

NOAA, NASA, and Hadley producing data sets at odds with reality.

From the Paper by Craig Idso, James Wallace III, and Joseph D'Aleo:

The conclusive findings of this research are that the three GAST data sets are not a valid representation of reality. In fact, the magnitude of their historical data adjustments, that removed their cyclical temperature patterns, are totally inconsistent with published and credible U.S. and other temperature data. Thus, it is impossible to conclude from the three published GAST data sets that recent years have been the warmest ever –despite current claims of record setting warming.

Finally, since GAST data set validity is a necessary condition for EPA’s GHG/CO2 Endangerment Finding, it too is invalidated by these research findings.

End excerpt.

Our government funded guardians of knowlege are lying to us.

Thoughts on Pageant Man and Rocket Boy

Fay Voshell states

Remember when they were appalled, flabbergasted, floored, and outraged that President Trump would dare confront Kim Jong Un, that doing so was starting a nuclear war? And now that the results of that tough talk have resulted in the pot-bellied little dictator wanting to talk it out, they are opposed to that too?

Case Against Gov. Eric Greitens Collapsing

Timothy Birdnow

I wanted to give everyone an update on the Eric Greitens case. The former Democrat Missouri Governor has been charged with a felony invasion of privacy after it was disclosed he had an illicit affair with a woman and allegedly photographed her as political insurance without her knowlege. The indictment came out of a City of St. Louis Grand Jury, the very citadel of liberal Democratic party machine politics.

The apparent political nature of the case, and the fact that prosecutors were trying to get an early November trial to coincide with elections, makes this thing smell. But now we have the kicker: Prosecutors do not have the photograph.
