Remember when FBI Director Comey said Hillary wouldn't be prosecuted on the "mishandled" e-mail situation because she "had no intent to harm the country?" And we were up in arms because "intent" has nothing to do with it, because we ourselves would be rotting in prison for doing the same thing, intent or no intent? Well, Power Line's Scott Johnson has a nice article wherein he inserts Andrew McCarthy's take on the whole thing, here.
Sounds as if Comey was preparing his own defense all along.
