I hesitate to post this because of some vulgarities but it's a long and interesting reading about what the Left thinks about disaffected "Right wingers" of all stripes. This leftist writer associates DeSantis with the "fringiest of the fringe" for giving an anti-WEF speech .

1 I read as much at the link as I could, but was in near danger of vomiting so I gave it up. That may be the worst writer I have ever read. I don't know if he has anything worthwhile to say, because he says it so badly that the content is totally obscured by use of what purports to be the English language, but is actually a rampant ego showing off how many words he knows.

The Left doesn't bother to use any form of proper language anymore, and they do so because it's "patriarchal" or "racist" in their mercenary minds. And as you observe it's really about them and how they want to be seen.
