Homosexual Harassment in Hollywood

Timothy Birdnow

I went to high school with the late George Hickenlooper. Hickenlooper - brother to the former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper - was a very talented filmmaker. He came from a solidly Democratic, liberal family. George went to Hollywood to make it in the film business and wound up being a kind of cult filmmaker. He never did hit it big - because he refused the sexual advances of a male producer. He tells his story in his opus, The Low Life. In it George has a scene where a producer asks to "meet with him" in a bedroom during a party. As soon as the door was closed the man said "get to work" and when George refused, well, that was the end of his promising career. He was blacklisted by this man.

So it's no surprise to me there is homosexual harassment in Hollywood.

(BTW, this so soured Hickenlooper on the hypocrisy of liberalism and the Democrats that he renounced them both and became, well, not exactly a right winger but he trended Republican the rest of his life. He died in 2010.

The point is, gay sexual harassment has been happening all along, and especially in Hollywood, where so many homosexuals hold positions of power. But the media and the Left desperately try to hide that fact.

So this should surprise no-one. Anyone remember Kevin Spacey?

A California state employment department is suing Disney and CBS for years of alleged sexual harassment of men on the set of now canceled police drama seriesCriminal Minds.

Complaints about the alleged behavior of cinematographer Greg St. Johns are well known both in and out of the industry. Indeed, St. Johns was fired from the show in 2018 over his alleged behavior on set. But now a lawsuit has been filed by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing allegingthat for years the series producers and the network turned a blind eye to the alleged harassment before finally taking action against St. Johns.

"On a frequent and regular basis, St. Johns touched numerous men on the testicles, anus, butt cheeks, breasts, and kissed or caressed their necks, shoulders, and ears, among other actions. St. Johns doted on certain men and treated them more favorably, provided they acquiesced to his attention. To those who resisted, he retaliated in common patterns, including the silent treatment, social ostracism, unfair criticism, public shaming, and ultimately termination,” the filing says in part.

End

Here is an interesting fact about the underreporting of homosexual rape and molestation.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4062022/

"Not only does the traditional sexual victimization paradigm masks male victimization, it can obscure sexual abuse perpetrated by women as well as same-sex victimization. We offer a few counterparadigmatic examples. One multiyear analysis of the NCVS household survey found that 46% of male victims reported a female perpetrator.23 Of juveniles reporting staff sexual misconduct, 89% were boys reporting abuse by female staff.33In lifetime reports of nonrape sexual victimization, the NISVS found that 79% of self-reported gay male victims identified same-sex perpetrators.34

Despite such complexities, as recently as 2012, the National Incident Based Reporting System (a component of the Uniform Crime Reporting Program [UCR]) included male rape victims but still maintained that for victimization to be categorized as rape, at least 1 of the perpetrators had to be of the opposite sex.35Conversely, under the NISVS definitions, for a female to fall into the "made to penetrate” category, the perpetrating receptive partner must also be female.5("Made to penetrate” includes anal penetration by a finger or other object, and a female could therefore be made to penetrate a male.) Additional research and analysis concerning female perpetration and same-sex abuse is warranted but is beyond the scope of this article. For now we simply highlight the concern that reliance on the male perpetrator and female victim paradigm limits understandings, not only of male victimization but of all counterparadigmatic abuse.

And most male on male rape victims are loathe to report it for a variety of reasons discussed in the paper cited above.

Homosexual rape is real and probably a lot more prevalent then many people think. And I rather suspect Hollywood is loaded with gay rapists.

Shoot, they've been sodomizing the body politic of America for decades!
