The Feds should not lend them the money. They blew it, they need to find a way to cover these payments. I would recommend stop paying illegal aliens.

1 I could not possible agree more with you. California lives on income derived from sales tax, income tax and property tax. It kills the biggest two out of those three income streams, since property tax is mostly returned to the localities, and expects someone else to replace what its own decisions killed.
