Terrorists Pretty in Pink

imothy Birdnow

A Guantanamo Bay Navy doctor says he is considering performing gender reassignment surgery on terrorists incarcerated at the American prison in Cuba.

According to breitbart:

""Anything that a detainee requests from a medical standpoint, we will consider,” said the North Carolina-licensed family medicine physician, identified only as Cmdr. SMO 2, reports the Miami Herald. "You know, we haven’t gotten there. But it is 2017.”

His comments came in response to a visiting reporter’s question.

Rear Adm. Edward Cashman, the commander at the Guantánamo prison known as Gitmo, told reporters Sunday that he had no doubt U.S. military medicine could meet the challenge, notes the Herald."

end excerpt.

Now I think this is a fine idea; let's give them ALL harmones and sexual reassignment surgery. It is well understood that testosterone is a driver of aggression in males, and so perhaps we should take steps to reduce the excess of testosterone in the Jihadi population. And, of course, in the uber-macho culture from which these cutthroats spring, a sex change would turn them into the scond class citizens they hold in contempt. If nothing else, our enemies would FEAR a stay at Gitmo lest they wind up pretty in pink.

This is what you have to do to actually stop these radicals. They have to actually fear us - something that nobody has ever tried to make them do.

D. Limbaugh: Islamic reformation will accomplish nothing

Jack Kemp

David Limaugh refutes an argument I once thougth true, that Islam could become moderate over time. But Limbaugh making an historical comparison with the Protestant Reformation's effect on orthodox Christianity, using the example of its largest component, Catholicism. Catholicism is still very much a major influence in the world because millions refused to change their beliefs. I'll now state what Limbaugh only implies, namely that Catholicism didn't and doesn't advocate bombing theaters, mowing down people in the street with cars, rape of non-believer women, etc. - but orothodox Islam DOES both condone and advocate all of those things and worse.

As usual President Donald Trump drew some comments from the Left after he called out London Mayor Sadiq Kahn’s political correctness following this weekend’s London Bridge terrorist attacks. The attacks, involving a van and persons wielding knives, killed seven and wounded many more.

Kahn was asking Londoners not to be alarmed by increased armed police presence, a sight to which the English are not accustomed. He referred to the terrorists without commenting as to motivation or deeper issues spawning it.

Author David Limbaugh joined Dana Loesch on "Dana” tonight, stating that a reformation of Islam akin to the protestant reformation of Christianity would affect nothing.

He said the ideology that inspires terror must be fought "like we’re fighting a war.

Hillary campaigning to lose 2020 election

Jack Kemp

I remember when Walter Mondale said at the 1984 Democratic Convention that he will raise our taxes, I knew the election was over, right then and there. All I can say now is, keep it up Hillary. Take all the fundraising money away from other Democrats. You go run run in 2020. The Party needs you. The Republican Party, that is.
Jack

by Sean Langille

Hillary Clinton on Monday praised London Mayor Sadiq Khan for his "steady, determined leadership" after President Trump criticized him for making excuses for the recent wave of terror attacks in his city.

"This is a time for us to reach out to the world, to understand more about what is happening," Clinton said at a fundraiser for Rep. Elijah Cummings' youth program. "Not just in our own country, but indeed across the globe. It is a time for steady determined leadership like we are seeing from London's mayor and local authorities."

Trump excoriated Kahn on Twitter on Monday, for quotes taken out of context during an interview with the BBC in which he said, "Londoners will see an increased police presence today and over the course of the next few days. There's no reason to be alarmed."
"Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his 'no reason to be alarmed' statement. MSM is working hard to sell it!" Trump wrote on Twitter.

While she did not criticize Trump by name, Clinton warned the crowd about politicians who are using the attack to stoke fear and advance their own political agendas.

"This is not a time to lash out, to incite fear, and use trash talk and terror for political gain," Clinton said.
She said the terror attacks provide an opportunity for America to reach out to the world and its allies to achieve mutual understanding.

Exiting the Mad Hatter’s climate tea party

Paul Driessen

President Trump has rejected and exited the Paris climate treaty – walked America away from the Mad Hatter tea party that was the entire multi-decade, often hysterical and always computer model-driven UN climate process. My article this week explains why this bold move was the 100% right, ethical, moral and scientific thing to do: for the economic security of American workers and families … and the betterment of all mankind.

Exiting the Mad Hatter’s climate tea party

Trump was 100% right (not just 97%) to show real leadership and walk away from Paris

Paul Driessen

I can guess why a raven is like a writing-desk, Alice said. "Do you mean you think you can find out the answer?” said the March Hare. "Exactly so,” said Alice. "Then you should say what you mean,” the March Hare went on. "I do,” Alice replied. "At least I mean what I say. That's the same thing, you know.”

"Not the same thing a bit!” said the Hatter. "You might just as well say, ‘I see what I eat’ is the same thing as ‘I eat what I see’!” "You might just as well say,” added the Dormouse, ‘I breathe when I sleep’ is the same thing as ‘I sleep when I breathe’!” "It IS the same thing with you,” said the Hatter.

Can you imagine stumbling upon the Mad Hatter’s tea party, watching as the discussions become increasingly absurd – and yet wanting a permanent seat at the table? Could Lewis Carroll have been having nightmares about the Paris climate treaty when he wrote Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland?

President Trump was 100% correct (not just 97%) when he showed true leadership this week – and walked America away from the madness laid out before him and us on the Paris climate table.

From suggestions that Earth’s climate was balmy and stable until the modern industrial era, to assertions that humans can prevent climate change and extreme weather events by controlling atmospheric carbon dioxide levels – to claims that withdrawing from Paris would "imperil our planet’s very survival” – the entire process has been driven by computer models and hysteria that have no basis in empirical science.

There is no convincing real-world evidence that plant-fertilizing carbon dioxide has replaced the powerful natural forces that have driven Earth’s climate from time immemorial. Moreover, even if the United States totally eliminated its fossil fuels, atmospheric CO2 levels would continue to climb. China and India are building new coal-fired power plants at a feverish clip. So is Germany. And China is financing or building dozens of additional coal-burning electricity generators in Africa, Asia and elsewhere.

Plus, even if alarmists are right about CO2, and every nation met its commitments under Paris, average planetary temperatures in 2100 would be just 0.2 degrees Celsius (0.3 F) lower than if we did nothing.

But "our closest allies” wanted Trump to abide by Obama’s commitment. Some did, because they want America to shackle its economy and drive energy prices into the stratosphere the same way they have. Others dearly want to follow a real leader, and walk away from the mad Paris tea party themselves.

But even poor countries signed the Paris treaty. Yes, they did – because they are under no obligation to reduce their coal, oil or natural gas use or their CO2 emissions. And because they were promised $100 billion a year in cash, plus free state-of-the-art energy technologies, from developed nations that would have become FMCs (formerly rich countries) as they slashed their energy use and de-industrialized.

But the Paris climate treaty was voluntary; the United States wouldn’t have to do all this. Right. Just like it’s voluntary for you to pay your taxes. China, India and poor developing countries don’t have to do anything. But the USA would have been obligated to slash its oil, gas and coal use and carbon dioxide emissions. It could impose tougher restrictions, but it could not weaken them. And make no mistake: our laws, Constitution, legal system, the Treaty on Treaties and endless lawsuits by environmentalist pressure groups before friendly judges would have ensured compliance and ever more punishing restrictions.

But hundreds of companies say we should have remained in Paris. Of course they do. Follow the money.

If we are to avoid a climate cataclysm, "leading experts” say, the world must impose a $4-trillion-per-year global carbon tax, and spend $6.5 trillion a year until 2030 to switch every nation on Earth from fossil fuels to renewable energy. That’s a lot of loot for bankers, bureaucrats and crony corporatists.

But, they assure us, this transition and spending would bring unimaginable job creation and prosperity. If you believe that, you’d feel right at home in Alice’s Wonderland and Looking Glass world.

Who do you suppose would pay those princely sums? Whose jobs would be secure, and whose would be expendable: sacrificed on the altar of climate alarmism? Here’s the Planet Earth reality.

Right now, fossil fuels provide 80% of all the energy consumed in the USA – reliably and affordably, from relatively small land areas. Wind and solar account for 2% of overall energy needs, expensively and intermittently, from facilities across millions of acres. Biofuels provide 3% – mostly from corn grown on nearly 40 million acres. About 3% comes from hydroelectric, 3% from wood and trash, 9% from nuclear.

Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and other states that generate electricity with our abundant coal and natural gas pay 8 to 10 cents per kilowatt-hour. California, Connecticut, New York and other states that impose wind, solar and anti-fossil fuel mandates pay 15 to 18 cents. Families in closely allied ultra-green Euro countries pay an average of 26 US cents per kWh, but 36 cents in Germany, 37 cents in Denmark.

EU manufacturers are already warning that these prices could send companies, factories, jobs and CO2 emissions to China and other non-Euro countries. EU electricity prices have skyrocketed 55% since 2005; 40% of UK households are cutting back on food and other essentials, to pay for electricity; a tenth of all EU families now live in green energy poverty. Elderly people are dying because they can’t afford heat!

The Paris treaty would have done the same to the United States, and worse.

The Heritage Foundation says Paris restrictions would cost average US families $30,000 in cumulative higher electricity prices over the next decade. How much of their rent, mortgage, medical, food, clothing, college and retirement budgets would they cut? Paris would eliminate 400,000 high-pay manufacturing, construction and other jobs – and shrink the US economy by $2.5 trillion by 2027. Other analysts put the costs of remaining in Paris much higher than this – again for no climate or environmental benefits.

Big hospitals like Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center’s Comprehensive Cancer Center in Winston-Salem, NC and Inova Fairfax Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Northern Virginia pay about $1.5 million per year at 9 cents/kWh – but $3 million annually at 18 cents … $5 million at 30 cents … and nearly $7 million at 40 cents. How many jobs and medical services would those rate hikes wipe out?

Malls, factories and entire energy-intensive industries would be eliminated. Like families and small businesses, they would also face the new reality of having pricey electricity when it happens to be available, off and on all day, all week, when the wind blows or sun shines, instead of when it’s needed. Drilling and fracking, gasoline and diesel prices, trucking and travel, would also have been hard hit.

Americans are largely prohibited from mining iron, gold, copper, rare earth and other metals in the USA. Paris treaty energy prices and disruptions would have ensured that American workers could not turn metals from anywhere into anything – not even wind turbines, solar panels or ethanol distillation plants.

Most of the "bountiful” renewable energy utopia jobs would have been transporting, installing and maintaining wind turbines and solar panels made in China. Even growing corn and converting it to ethanol would have been made cost-prohibitive. But there would have been jobs for bureaucrats who write and enforce the anti-energy rules – and process millions of new unemployment and welfare checks.

Simply put, the Paris climate treaty was a terrible deal for the United States: all pain, no gain, no jobs, no future for the vast majority of Americans – with benefits flowing only to politicians, bureaucrats and crony capitalists. President Trump refused to ignore the realities of this economic suicide pact, this attempted global government control of lives, livelihoods and living standards of people everywhere.

That is why he formally declared that the United States is withdrawing from the treaty. He could now submit it for advice, consent – and rejection – by the Senate. He could also withdraw the United States from the underlying UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, or negotiate that reflects empirical science and is fair to America and its families and workers. But what is really important now is this:

We are out of Paris! President Trump is leading the world back from the climate insanity precipice.

Musser Article on Evergreen State

Mark Musser

In light of the all the recent campus troubles at the Evergreen State College, my alma mater, I was compelled to write my own article on the debacle that was just posted today on the American Thinker. In his op-ed written for the Wall Street Journal last week, Professor Bret Weinstein, who is Jewish, has been specifically targeted by the students (and administration too …..) in a fascist witch hunt where he is no longer welcome on campus. Yet Weinstein defended Evergreen’s style of education that you can read about in my article as I describe it to you blow by blow, year by year. In fact, Weinstein claims that the students today and current administration are moving away from its foundational moorings. I would strongly beg to differ, and that the current antics at Evergreen were just a matter of time.

Evergreen education is based on holism which I illustrate in my article. All credits are holistically integrated into one course so that students do not take separate courses – ONLY ONE. While many pro-Evergreen folks say you cannot place truth into a box, placing all education into a circle is no better. It is actually worse. Holism essentially means totality or totalism, and is therefore not far removed from totalitarianism. In fact, fascism essentially means holism. The late Dr. Daniel Gasman, an expert on Fascism, wrote two books that rooted both National Socialism and Fascism into German zoologist Ernst Haeckel’s (1834-1919) Monism. Today we call Monism Social Darwinism. Haeckel is the German father Social Darwinism, the very man who coined the term ecology in 1866-7. Ecology, of course, represents the epitome of holism and is the primary doctrine that is being taught at Evergreen loaded with German Romanticism and Existentialism of the 1800’s without ever saying so. Mono means one. It means holism. I could say much more about this, but it is all in my book "Nazi Oaks” that is going to be re-published by Dispensational Publishing House in the fall as they have been so gracious enough to graduate me out of self- publishing. Without my environmental education I received from Evergreen, I would have never seen the seriousness of the fascist connection to it.

Here is the latest from the Musser files - http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2017/06/what_i_saw_at_evergreen_state_college.html. The original title was "Leftist Madness at the Evergreen State College.” The editors of the American Thinker, after reading my article, switched that by saying this below a different title they gave it, "Those who graduated from this insane leftist institution, as I did, can't be surprised at what just happened there.” Those are not my words, but such is life in the editorial world …..

A NOTE FROM TIM:

Many of the members of the Nazi Party were members of the Thule Society, which was a Monistic pagan religion that believed all religions had an element of truth. The Nazis loved to mix everything together. It is interesting to note that Barack Obama did likewise, tasking Nasa with Muslim outreach, the TSA with counter-terrorism and security outside of airports, and a host of other things. See, everything must be part of everything else. Obama clearly had Monistic tendencies, as do all of the modern Left.

Islam is very Monistic, I might add, with no separation of Church and State for example. It's why the Left is so in tune with the Muslims.

Beheading King Trump XVI

Fay Voshell

He was unlike our current president in many respects: He was extraordinarily indecisive, timid and distracted. He seemed not to know his own country at all, isolated as he was from the public.

But his position was very like that of President Trump in that he had a mob calling for his beheading. That the mob succeeded in their efforts changed European history, effectively bleeding the continent’s aristocracy to death until royalty was dealt the final coup de grace during WWI and its aftermath.

"He,” of course, was King Louis XVI, who was guillotined in January of 1793 by Jacobins egged on by the brilliantly evil Maximilien Robespierre.

A cartoon of the dead king’s head, bearing an uncanny resemblance to the infamous Kathy Griffin photo http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2017/06/02/kathy-griffin-to-address-trump-photo-alleged-trump-family-bullying.html of a beheaded Trump and entitled "Matter for Reflection for Crowned Jugglers" soon appeared after the king was dead. Under the depiction of the severed head of king Louis was the line from La Marseillaise, "May an impure blood water our furrows."

Leaders of many of the subsequent variants of the French Revolution, such as the Bolsheviks and Maoists, wind up beheading people, economically, politically, socially and often literally, especially those undesirable classes considered ideologically "impure.”

Therefore, it is not much of a surprise to see a known figure such as Kathy Griffin, who is very much aligned with the radically ideological Democrats, indicate she wants Trump dead.

It took decades for the Left in America to reveal itself to be as radical as the French Jacobins howling for the execution of the feckless Louis. His father, Louis XV, had seen disaster coming, at one time uttering the famous words, "Après moi, le déluge" ("After me, comes the flood"). American conservatives have been warning about the leftist inclination to tyranny for decades, some seeing the apogee of the leftist tide during the Obama administration; but knowing a nearly beheaded Left is still capable of dangerous talk and behavior.

As the Elizabethan poet John Donne pointed out, a severed head can still give the appearance of life even as the oxygen drains from the brain. He wrote:

Or as sometimes in a beheaded man,

Though at those two Red Seas, which freely ran,

One from the trunk, another from the head,

His soul be sail’d to her eternal bed,

His eyes will twinkle, and his tongue will roll,

As though he beckon’d and call’d back his soul:

He grasps his hands, and he pulls up his feet,

And seems to reach, and to step forth to meet

His soul.

Even so, though the Left has been nearly decapitated, it still natters on as if it has life; as if it has something significant to say. It still does its zombie imitation, hoping to instill dread and fear into the opposition by impersonating real life and vitality.

Ms. Griffin’s excess is an indicator not only of the deathly fatuity and grossness leftist radicals have been resorted to, but she is also representative of the high tide of an essentially nihilist deluge that has threatened America for decades.

Not even Trump’s children are spared. TMZ reported Barron Trump was watching TV when he saw Griffin holding what he thought was his dad's head and started screaming for his mom in a panic. Former Jeopardy whiz Ken Jennings thought Barron’s panic amusing.

One is reminded of Marie Antoinette, King Louis’s wife. Her children were also treated with callous cruelty, the young dauphin dying of what was almost certainly tuberculosis from being in a dank, dark prison cell for two years. Some historians relate that she could hear her children being beaten by guards. Accused of treason and of sexually abusing her own son, the queen was executed after enduring years of ridicule and baseless accusations, some of which were similar to the accusations leveled at Melania Trump; namely, that she was at one time a prostitute.

In sum, the contemporaneous Left utilizes the same methods as its French progenitors and progeny: ridicule, slander, lies and threats.

The twentieth century is replete with examples.

Josef Stalin decided to hire an assassin to drive an ice pick through the brain of his ideological rival, Leon Trotsky. Mao Tse Tung, hearing of his rival Lin Biao’s attempt at a military coup, conveniently arranged for Lin’s plane to crash as the man tried to flee China. Mao also targeted academia for politically incorrect thinking during the so-called Cultural Revolution. His infamous Red Guards fought against all authorities in every level of society, resulting in chaos and revolt against all law and order.

While here in America presidents are not yet guillotined, the effect desired is the same: effectively killing or completely sidelining an undesirable and ideologically incorrect target one way or another. While utilizing some of Mao’s tactics, especially in our colleges and universities, here in America, the preferred tactic of the Left is relentless character assassination and the endless manufacture of conspiracy theories designed to render the ideologically impure helpless and to gunk up the legislative and executive processes via what amount to kangaroo courts and the equivalent of Jacobin congressional representatives.

Why? Why the intense hatred and the unbridled desire to decapitate the current administration?

For the Left, Trump seen as illegitimate and the great pretender to the throne, not a duly elected president. He is seen as not belonging to the royal lineage of the Clinton and Obama dynasties. He is considered an imposter, a pretender to the throne, which was to have been forever occupied by the politically correct. He does not spring from nor adhere to the political class of the privileged. His ideas and behavior are not those of the deeply religious progressives, so he is seen as the equivalent of the antipope.

Trump is seen by progressives as an imposter with wholly fabricated claims. He is thought of as having assumed an identity that does not belong to him; namely the identity of the President of the United States. Therefore, being a pretender, he deserves the fate dealt the phony royal Emilian Pougatchiff, who was executed in 1775 during the reign of Catherine II of Russia. Another salutary example is the execution of the Stuart Catholic King Charles I in 1649, whose Catholicism rendered him as illegitimate in the eyes of those seeking the power of the English throne. His son Charles II was a "pretender” until his restoration to the throne of England eleven years later.

For the fact is that the deeply religio-ideological leftists of America want restoration of their royal lineage as surely as Catholics wanted Bloody Mary and King Charles I on the throne because of their devotion to the Catholic faith; and as surely as Protestants wanted Elizabeth I on the throne because of her faith. Deeply religious wars permit no peaceful yielding of the throne lest the entire edifice come crashing down.

Politics will always be full of both pretense and pretenders; the good and the bad—often a mixture of both. It’s the human condition. The perfectionism of the politically correct has never allowed error or even nuance. Death to the imperfect. Off with your head.

However, the truth is that President Trump was duly elected and put into office by the Americans who voted for him. He did not seize the office. He was not put there by a coup. He is the legitimate president.

For those who believe the wrong person is in office and that a great pretender is living in the White House, it is high time to remember we do not live under an aristocracy but under the rule of the Constitution of the United States. We do not believe in aristocratic succession to the presidency.

It is high time everyone who desires the exit of any president remembers the great remedy our constitutional republic has firmly in place; a remedy that has been effectively utilized for hundreds of years: Voting to elect the person the American public wishes to be in high office.

And…stop suggesting the guillotining of Donald Trump, the president of the United States of America.

Did you see this about U. of MO?

Phony campus racist claims cost hundreds jobs
By Russ Vaughn

Most of you have likely heard that the University of Missouri, whose administration completely caved in to demands from black student activists over largely disproved campus racism, has suffered declining enrollments as a consequence. What most of us don’t take into account are the real costs in human misery those lower freshmen enrollment numbers carry with them. UM had already shuttered several freshmen dorms last year, the first year after the protests, due to smaller incoming classes, but as the trend continues with another 14% freshman enrollment reduction expected this coming fall, the Missouri legislature has hit the university system budget with a 6.6% reduction in core funding, necessitating the elimination of close to 500 jobs with more than 300 of those at that notoriously "racist” flagship campus in Columbia.

Declining enrollments and tuition have caused the legislature to enact budget cuts to save $100 million, forcing the UM administration to axe almost 500 positions. Consider the fact that black organizations frequently complain that in layoffs blacks are the first to go. Even if that is not the case here, of 474 jobs on the chopping block, how many of those are likely to be blacks and other people of color -- multiple dozens at the least?

Back when those first dorms closed, few of us likely even paused to consider the associated job losses. But large buildings require maintenance and with these being domiciles, likely numerous housekeeping jobs as well. Anyone care to hazard a guess as to how many of those jobs were held by blacks or other people of color? Since many of the incidents that caused all this grief were found to be hoaxes and the charges of widespread campus racism were largely unfounded until the protests inspired them, this contrived incident drummed up by black Social Justice Warriors clearly has cost many blacks and other people of color their jobs. Once again, the unintended consequences of rampant liberalism have harmed the very folks these rabid liberals say they want to protect.

It is a sad truth that liberals have a tin ear for this sort of irony. Liberals seem to live in a state beyond feeling normal human embarrassment for their screw-ups; they are so steeped in dishonesty and hypocrisy that even when shown the spoiled fruits of their folly they are utterly unfazed and unrepentant, but most importantly, blithely unaccountable.

A NOTE FROM TIM:

This is not news to the Birdnow family, as Brian Birdnow was one of those lost jobs at the UM system. Brian was teaching history as an adjunct there and, along with the largely successful unionization of adjuncts, was summarily canned.

AT blog piece...

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2017/06/americans_should_join_the_antisharia_protests_saturday_across_the_country.html

On Saturday, June 10, there will be a march in many parts of the country against the imposition of Sharia Law in America, and, for human rights in general, particularly for the women. You will not hear any advance notice -- unlike leftist marches -- from the impartial, objective journalists in the media because that would increase awareness of and, participation in the march. If the press were to pay attention at all, it would dish out bad publicity and call them racist, homophobic, etc. etc., and they all desperately want the liberal media to like them. And don't count on the corrupt East Coast establishment Republicans or their publications such as National Review.

To be sure, this is not a march to demand security by demanding that immigration from Muslim pigsty countries such as Somalia, Sudan, Pakistan, and others end. Nor is it to protest the crimes committed by many Muslim immigrants such as the rape of a child by a Sudanese savage, nor the mass murder of gays in Orlando by an Afghani, nor the gang rape of an elderly woman by five Iraqis, nor the rape of a five year-old Idaho girl by 3 Iraqi and Sudanese refugees who urinated on the child after raping her nor even the crime committed by some of the endless Somali savages who commit such crimes, perhaps because they are frustrated on having to learn to use toilets, a high-tech device to many of them, the very Somalis who are being forced on our communities by liberal bureaucrats. No, this march is narrowly focused on preventing Sharia Law from being implemented by some of our enlightened and progressive liberal bureaucrats. And that’s good, too. This is a war and, like all wars, there are many fronts.

But here is the problem, one I have fulminated about for a long time, one that I have condemned, ridiculed and insulted conservatives about -- and of which I make no apologies -- and it is that most of them do nothing in this war. When hearing about some atrocity committed by a communist, Muslim or antifa, or some leftists physically attacking a libertarian or conservative speaker, or some local politician forwarding the politically correct agenda, they simply mutter, "Isn’t that awful?” scratch their rear ends, and stay inside their homes like hermit crabs, doing nothing.

Scott Presler, the organizer of the event agreed with me recently, stating, "Conservatives don’t participate! We conservatives are terrible at getting our message out there!”

Well, on June 10 you can actually leave your shell and participate. Act For America has put up (Actforamerica.org/rally) a website where you can take part in 25 cities in America. Even if you are not in the city itself, you can drive there. They are:
Arizona: Phoenix
Arkansas: Batesfield
California: Roseville, San Bernardino, Santa Clara
Connecticut: Waterbury
Florida: Orlando
Georgia: Atlanta
Illinois: Chicago
Indianda: Indianapolis
Kansas: Wichita
Michigan: Lansing
Minnesota: Minneapolis
Missouri: St. Charles, Kansas City
New York: Syracuse, New York City
North Carolina: Raleigh
Pennsylvania: Harrisburg
Texas: Dallas, Houston, The People’s Democratic Republic of Austin

Considering how big this country is and how many large cities there are, this is a small list, but it is a start. The question is, is the march going to be by a handful of poor, dedicated souls that love their country and want to protect their women, or will it be inspirational?
It won’t even cost you a nickel to participate. So what’s your excuse for not doing your part?

New Military Dog & woman Marine handler movie - next Friday

Jack Kemp

The movie title is "Megan Leavey" and it opens all over the U.S. next Friday, June 9th. It has a high rating online. Not a rah-rah story. This woman, like her bomb sniffing military dog, had problems relating.

Yankee Stadium set to host its first film premiere
Emily Smith
The first-ever film premiere at Yankee Stadium will be held Monday in honor of former US Marine Megan Leavey.
The movie, called "Megan Leavey,” out June 9, tells the true story of her heroic deployments in Iraq with her military combat dog Rex, and the unshakable bond that formed between them.

They were both injured by an IED in 2006, and separated, then Leavey battled through endless red tape to adopt Rex.
Guests will include Kate Mara, who plays Leavey in the movie, and fellow stars Edie Falco, Common and Ramón Rodriguez.
Also among 500 guests, who will be treated to a private performance by Common, will be a host of military veterans and families whose children are undergoing cancer treatment at Sloan Kettering.

The Kissing Cousin Waltz

Timothy Birdnow

Ah, the Ozark Hilton. Home to the critters, the wild weather, and to a most authentic collection of people anywhere.

In my latest visit I unearthed some old records from a bygone hillbilly era. Here is one of the great hit songs from the Ozarks:

The Kissin' Cousin Waltz

Down here in the hills we don't make us no fuss
I grew up in the back of an old yeller bus
By the time I was 12 I done finished my grammar
and I hadn't wound up gettin sent to the slammer

My old paw said to me, boy it's time you was hitched
you should find you a woman who will make you bewitched
so I went out a lookin for a gal with fair hair
and I found my true love at a family affair.

Down in Toad Hollow, down by the creek
my cousin and me dancing close cheek to cheek

Such a pretty young thing to this fine country lad
she had most of her teeth and her breath weren't too bad
I was sure at the moment I gazed in her eyes
and noticed the shape of her rather large thighs

We was meant for each-other, a perfect matched pair
so we started a-courtin, a happy affair
pretty soon it was time we was ready to marry
my true love even shaved her dern legs; they was hairy

Down in Toad Hollow, down by the creek
my cousin and me dancing close cheek to cheek

and she cleaned up real good, a face to adore
we had to hurry up, though, before the baby was bore
the whole family made merry, full of moonshine and cheer
but because of the youngin she could only drink beer

We plan a small family, only ten or twelve kin
and we play us the lotto in the hopes that we win
I got my own business and it's doing real fine
making crystal amphetamines and a good corn moonshine

Down in Toad Hollow, down by the creek
my cousin and me dancing close cheek to cheek

Our life is just rosy, we have us no woes!
the baby was born with ten fingers and toes
and the webbing between will just make her go quick
when she races the boys as they swim in the crick

Oh my bride is a beauty with her eyes oh so blue
and her mouth is so purty from the baccy she chews
from the moment I met her my love it just grew
everyone should go dance with a cousin or two.

Britain surrenders to Islam

Daren Jonescu

There has been a "potential act of terrorism" in London,http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/video/live-news-coverage-from-cbs-news/ar-BBmYvYY?appwebview=true&ocid=spartandhp in which potential terrorists potentially ran over potential infidels with a potential van, and apparently also stabbed potential victims and slashed some people's potential throats.

In response to this potential act, the London police "shepherded" (the word repeated through the British news reports) hundreds of people through the streets with their hands over their heads. No, those being forced to surrender were not the potential terrorists, but the potential victims.

For their own safety, you understand, the innocent citizens of one of history's greatest nations, fountainhead of Western liberty, having been disarmed by their government, and while being continuously surveilled in all their daily activities by government cameras on every street corner, are now being murdered at will, and in quantity, by bloodthirsty peace-loving potential Muslims who have been allowed to occupy their country and live off their welfare state without limits – and the nanny state's response is to demand that all those who haven't yet been run over or slashed walk slowly where police can keep a close eye on them.

The most telling part is one report, on Sky News, explaining the video footage of people walking with their hands over their heads. Asked by the reporter whether the police had demanded this, they say no, they simply thought that would be the "safest" posture. And so hundreds of innocent people, knowing that killers were in the area, and not knowing whence the next attack might occur, were voluntarily assuming a posture of surrender. That, in a nutshell, is the product of a generation of progressive propaganda, nanny-statism, and political correctness. That's the mindset of a people who have been trained to believe that their souls – not their physical survival, but their dignity – have no ultimate value. Welcome to the brave new world.

The next step will come tomorrow, if not sooner: the state will begin issuing harsh warnings against any sort of "Islamophobic" backlash, such as feeling a little nervous when a group of Muslim men enters the restaurant where you are eating dinner or taking a "racist" second glance at a Muslim man behind the wheel of a van.

London is reputed to be the most surveilled city on Earth. And of course, British progressives are just appalled by America's backwardness in continuing to allow private citizens to own firearms. The result of all that state-imposed safety-first paternalism is just what you see: Britons terrorized by religious fanatics with their own less "progressive" notions of paternalism and left with no means, whether moral or physical, of self-defense precisely when their government has ceased to care about defending them.

Oh, and all those liberty-crushing surveillance cameras? They provide wonderful TV footage of mass murder for the six o'clock news, don't they?

Why Can't a Man be More Like a Woman?

Timothy Birdnow

Helen Dyer sends this our way:

http://honey.nine.com.au/2017/05/19/08/11/male-uni-students-told-to-be-more-like-women

Seems the University of Melbourne wants men to be more like women, and they are telling students that they had better do just that. It's that whole "male privilege" nonsense.

From the article:

"The workshop, called "how privilege manifests itself in tutorials” also asked men to reconsider their use of "Australian banter” so as not to exclude students from other backgrounds.

"Ways for men not to dominate tutorials: acknowledging the race and gender problem in order to fix it,” a report from the session says. "Questioning yourself, when you want to speak in a tutorial, as to why you want to speak. Is it to self-aggrandise or to learn and contribute.”

The report also advises female students against minimising the importance of their own input by using statements like "this is probably stupid but ...”.

"Women should stop second-guessing their intelligence,” it says.

"But men should learn how to speak like women (and) not speak with absolute confidence when they are in fact not sure or expressing an opinion.”

The workshops were reportedly well-attended, although some have questioned how they may affect freedom of speech.

Bella d’Abrera, The Institute of Public Affairs’ director of foundations of Western civilisation, said "By asking men to tone down ‘Australian banter’ and to ‘speak like women’, the (student union) is simultaneously discriminating against men and patronising women.

"The workshops are a direct assault on masculinity and are designed to make men feel ashamed of being men.”

End excerpts.

The feminists claimed they wanted an equal playing fireld. Well, they got it and suddenly they aren't happy. Turns out men actually have to compete, and now women have to compete too. Unacceptable! So, once again, the feminists seek to change the rules to give them an advantage.

It's always been about female supremacy and not equality. If it was about equality they wouldn't need to assault the fundamental nature of masculinity. They do it because in their heart of hearts they know they aren't men and can never compete with men unless men are turned into women. And then men will lose, because a man makes a poor woman, contrary to what Bruce Jenner may have thought.

Western civilization has gone stark raving mad.

As long as we are demanding the opposite sex stops being unique, then perhaps we should listen to the wisdom of Henry Higgins.

ACLU Sues Catholic Hospital 4 Not doing Sex Change Surgery

Jack Kemp

https://heatst.com/culture-wars/aclu-sues-catholic-hospital-for-refusing-to-perform-womans-transition-surgery/

With the help of the ACLU, a transgender woman looking to "transition” to being a man is suing a private California Catholic hospital for refusing to perform her hysterectomy – a procedure she considers necessary to her transition.

Evan Michael Minton says she went to Mercy San Juan Hospital, a Catholic hospital that operates as part of the healthcare network Dignity Health, to get her elective hysterectomy but discovered that the hospital wouldn’t perform the surgery.

They immediately referred her to a non-Catholic hospital within the same Dignity Network that would, and Minton said goodbye to her uterus within just a few days.

But she still says that she was "discriminated against” because the first hospital refused to perform the procedure, and that it’s all because they disapprove of her being transgender. She claims that kind of selective care is against the law and the ACLU agrees – so she’s asking for a judgment and $4,000 in damages.

Drag queen’s sexually charged act for public school talent show done in front of kids as young as 5

Parents are livid after a grown man dressed in drag took the stage at a New York City public school’s talent show last week and gave a sexually driven lip-sync performance — including pelvic gyrations and G-string flashes — in front of kids as young as 5 years old, the New York Daily News reported.

Even though the May 25 event featured students from Manhattan’s District 4, the raunchy performer was identified as a parent association president, the paper said.

Parents told the Daily News that his was the evening’s last act — and billed on the event flyer as a "Special Surprise Performance!”

The drag queen — who performs in drag clubs around the city, parents told the Daily News — greeted the crowd dressed in a bright red wig, pumps and an outfit that left little to the imagination.
Apart from shaking his rear end and ample, er, chest, the paper said he used his tongue in a suggestive manner during the lip-sync.
Video of the shocking routine showed him getting down on his side, lifting his leg in an erotic pose and then exposing his underwear-clad crotch.

By this point the crowd was shrieking.

Sen. Cruz calls out Harvard know nothing on her U.S. History misstatement

Cruz Calls Out Tenured Chair at Harvard Who Struggles With U.S. History

Cortney O'Brien

President Trump made the announcement Thursday from the Rose Garden that it was in America's best interest to pull out of the Paris climate accord because it would be detrimental to the nation's economy. Environmental activists protested his decision, worried what the withdrawal will mean for Mother Nature. Others like Joyce Chaplin, a tenured chair at Harvard University, tried to use some U.S. history to criticize Trump's decision for withdrawing from the deal.

Joyce E. Chaplin‏ @JoyceChaplin1
The USA, created by int'l community in Treaty of Paris in 1783, betrays int'l community by withdrawing from #parisclimateagreement today

The problem, as several people pointed out on her Twitter page, is that it wasn't a treaty that granted the U.S. her independence. She earned her freedom in 1776 thanks to a group of courageous, determined patriots.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) chimed in to give Chaplin a succinct summary.

Ted Cruz ✔ @tedcruz
Just sad. Tenured chair at Harvard, doesn't seem to know how USA was created. Not a treaty. Declaration+Revolutionary War+Constitution=USA. https://twitter.com/joycechaplin1/status/870383338799976448 …

Hopefully the professor will adjust her lessons accordingly.

UPDATE: "Professor" Jack Kemp says the following to Harvard know nothing Joyce Chaplin:

The Treaty of Paris of 1783 only officially ended the Revolutionary War. It did not create the government form of the U.S.A. The Treaty was signed by the warring parties and not some large international community. Paris has been the location for many treaties in history but that doesn't mean they all involved a large number of signatories who are (or were) members of the international community. As Sen. Cruz says, the United States was created as a result of the Declaration of Independence, the American Revolution and the passage of the U.S. Constitution. Perhaps Joyce Chaplin's students should be asking for a partial or total refund of any tuition fees they paid to attend her classes.

UPDATE 2: Thomas Lifson of American Thinker had a different view of this, he having attended Harvard. He claimed in a blog piece that Joyce Chaplin knew the true history but made a propaganist's false claim. Specifically, he stated "It is very sad to watch scholars betray their expertise in service to a political agenda.." He may well be right in assuming that.

In Joyce Chaplin's circle of students, where nobody is taught Social Studies in high school (even liberal actor Richard Dreyfus has a project to get high schools to reintroduce this topic), that no one would call her on her b.s. And since both faculty and students would, for one reason or another, tow the politically correct line, she thought that she would be able to fool the Deplorables out there - or enough of them to win the Democrats some more votes.

J. Bezos and John Brennan and the CIA

Jack Kemp

http://www.wnd.com/2017/06/jeff-bezos-amazon-washington-post-and-the-cia/
Exclusive: Joseph Farah proposes probe into 'collusion' between billionaire, John Brennan

It must be nice to be Jeff Bezos.

How do you become one of the richest men in the world by founding a company that only recently gave a thought to profitability?
Amazon has been around a long time. It’s one of the few Internet companies that was doing business 20 years ago, when I launched WorldNetDaily.com, now known as WND.com.

But it was less than three years ago that Amazon began to achieve any profits to speak of. And, even today, you’d be shocked to know how high its revenues are and how relatively low its profits are.
For instance, in 2015, Amazon’s fourth quarter revenues were an astronomical $35.7 billion. But its net income was, by comparison, a measly $482 million. Last year, Amazon’s fourth quarter revenue was up 22 percent to $43.7 billion. It’s net income was $749 million.

Of course, net income is after Jeff Bezos gets his astronomical salary, which has helped him to be a mega-billionaire.
I tell you all this so you don’t think what I’m about to tell you represents chump change for Amazon and Bezos.
The first profitable years for Amazon was 2013. Fourth quarter profits were $239 million and $274 million for the year. The year before, Amazon posted a loss for 2012 of $39 million.

What happened to make 2013 so much better than the year before?

Amazon won a $600 million cloud computer contract from the CIA. That was the difference – more than the difference.
