Why I don't qualify as a Supreme Court Justice

Jack Kemp

In the fourth grade - as best I recall the time - I sat behind a girl in my class and pulled on one of her pigtails. That - and the fact I am not a lawyer or a judge - makes me unqualified to sit on the Supreme Court.

Dana Mathewson comments:

As Associate Editor of The Aviary (as is Jack), I think the rest of the Editorial Staff agrees that since Jack, by his own admission, pulled said pigtails only once (I grilled Jack about the matter quite seriously the other day), although he may be thereby disqualified from a position on the Supreme Court, we probably can find him a place on another Federal Court, perhaps an Appellate Court.

Anybody care to ring in on the subject?
