A Strange Death in St. Cloud
Timothy Birdnow
Coincidence? Somehow I doubt it.
Hallie Marie Tobler, the 22-year-old daughter of Republican Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Jeff Johnson, was found stabbed to death in her St. Cloud apartment on Saturday evening.
Law enforcement believes her death was a botched murder-suicide, carried out by her husband, Dylan Michael Tobler, 23.
St. Cloud Police Department officers responded to a medical emergency call around 8:20 p.m. at the couple’s locked apartment.
When they arrived, officers discovered Hallie Tobler dead from multiple stab wounds.
Dylan Tobler was also found inside with life-threatening stab wounds, which investigators determined were self-inflicted. He was transported to St. Cloud Hospital, where he remains in stable condition and in police custody.
Self-inflicted STAB WOUNDS!? Who stabs themselves? If you want to kill yourself you slash at key arteries - the jugular or the wrists. Nobody stabs themselves.
What a crock!
Johnson has suspended his campaign for governor, naturally.
I'm sorry but this smells to high heaven. Even if the boyfriend did kill her I wonder what the reason for it could be. Since this story isn't making much news it suggests to me the news media knows this is a crock and wants to hide it lest it receive too much attention. If this were a candidate running against, say, Ron DeSantis you know this would be front page news.
I just did a Bing search and found some local stories about it but nothing national. Only the Gateway Pundit seems to be covering this.
To me that speaks volumes.
Interestingly enough and possibly completely unrelated, the Trump Administration was
purchasing a huge warehouse in the St. Cloud area to convert into an ICE detention facility. There has been considerable backlash from the Jackass Party as you may imagine.
Coincidence? Perhaps. But maybe not either.
St. Cloud is run by a Democrat-Farmer-Labor Paty (DFL, the Democrats in Minnesota) member named Jake Anderson. While the city is split pretty evenly Anderson won the mayoral race last time.
Given the climate of violence in Minnesota these days and the hatred of all things Trump and ICE one must question such a happy coincidence as a GOP gubernatorial candidate's daughter being found dead. Yes, coincidences do happen, but the Birdnow Rule is there are no coincidences in politics. I think this stinks.
Oh, kill a politician and people will look hard, kill his daughter and people sigh and move on, but the same thing is accomplished; the politician is no longer in the running.
And while this might not stop ICE from opening this facility it certainly could stop Minnesota from cooperating with them after the election. And it's just so FUN to murder Republicans, after you've been convinced they are Nazis who deserve to die. That is what has happened to Minnesota under the current junta.

Too bad that new computer of yours is limited to Microsoft stuff. Bing is a lousy browser and its search engine is even lousier. That may well be why you aren't finding more stories.
That being said, this whole thing seems odder than a three-headed cow...

Well, well, well...
Apparently Bad Bunny's hippity hopping halftime horror was chock-full of four letter words in Spanish, which according to Rep. Larry, er, Randy Fine is a violation of FCC rules and makes the NFL and Mr. Bun Bun open for huge fines.
Rep. Fine is no stooge, I might add.
According to the article:
Fine said Bad Bunny’s halftime performance crossed legal lines that would not be tolerated if the lyrics were performed in English.
"‘Bad Bunny’’s disgusting halftime show was illegal,” the congressman wrote.
He also argued that if the lyrics had been broadcast in English, "the broadcast would have been pulled down and the fines would have been enormous.”
Fine rejected any suggestion that there should be different standards based on language or culture.
It all depends on the wording of the regulations, I suppose, but it seems to me substituting a foreign language curse word does not absolve someone from the law.
"Puerto Ricans are Americans and we all live by the same rules,” he wrote.
Fine said he and others are sending a letter to FCC Chairman Brendan Carr calling for "dramatic action,” including fines and reviews of broadcast license
Commander Bun Bun made the fact that Puerto Ricans are Americans too as one of the central features of his show, so now he needs to be treated like an American and held to the standard the rest of us must follow.
Sauce for the enchilada is sauce for the Tamale, my friend.
I doubt anything will come of this but it should. The NFL will just offer a few measly dollars to buy their way out of this even if it does.
Imagine if this were a Catholic singer singing in Latin and using a bunch of words about Christ and how salvation comes only through Him; the Leftist heads would explode. But they are happy to ram their degenerate philosophy down our throats and demand we take it.
Well we aren't going to just take it. I hope Fine can get an investigation going and

Vermont EV Buses Don't Run in the Cold
Timothy Birdnow
All I can do is point and laugh "ha, ha!"
FTA:
Electric buses are proving unreliable this winter for Vermont's Green Mountain Transit, as it needs to be over 41 degrees for the buses to charge, but due to a battery recall the buses are a fire hazard and can't be charged in a garage.
Spokesman for energy workers advocacy group Power the Future Larry Behrens told the Center Square: "Taxpayers were sold an $8 million ‘solution’ that can’t operate in cold weather when the home for these buses is in New England.”
"We’re beyond the point where this looks like incompetence and starts to smell like fraud,” Behrens said.
Ya think! Any idiot would know you can't run these toy cars in very cold weather.
This is what you get from Progressivism; it's always been a scam.
And for what? To "save the planet" from a lilliputian rise in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels, something it does not do anyway as it produces just as much greenhouse gas in the actual generation of power to provide the electricity, plus requires a bunch of very dirty materials be made via strip mining.
But it makes the Bernie Sanders' voting crowd feel good about how righteous they are.

Apparently, Comrade Bernie's constituents didn't get much schooling, or only went to school in good weather. Or maybe they all walked to school, in the snow of course, when it was blowing in their faces, both ways.

Is Guthrie Kidnapping Legitimate?
Timothy Birdnow
Was Savannah Guthrie's mother actually kidnapped? Some people
don't think so.
This story DOESN'T make sense but law enforcement is hardly giving out everything they know.
If it is a hoax I would ask about the blood found outside the house; it has been confirmed to be Nancy Guthrie's. If this were a publicity stunt, say, I doubt Savannah would cut her mother and sprinkle her blood around. In point of fact the blood spatter pattern suggests a nosebleed, which suggests the poor woman was smacked or punched.
There may indeed be other things at work than ransom; it could be retribution for a story Guthrie did, for example. And as I say, the authorities are not going to give us all the information now, not while there is an active investigation ongoing.
While I appreciate this Chris Swecker fellow (who is listed as a former Assistant Director of the FBI) has a good deal of expertise I would suggest he not speak about matters of which he has limited knowledge. He may know procedure but he doesn't know the facts if he is a FORMER FBI guy.
He is right; the family didn't pay the ransom and that is a bit hard to understand, but they are probably being advised by the FBI or local police not to do so.
At any rate I think there is more to this than meets the eye too but it is irresponsible to speculate on such matters if you are not in the loop but come from a position where you should know some things. I am free to speculate all I wish since I'm just a dude with a low-ranked blog, but that is different.
Of course the authorities may well have asked this fellow to run a disinformation campaign for them.
At any rate the rest of us would be wise to wait for developments. I seriously doubt this has direct family involvement, which is a logical conclusion to draw from Swecker's comments.
But you never know.
Addendum:
Swecker served as assistant director during the Bush 43 Presidency.

We're certainly seeing a huge amount of this on Fox and Newsmax. We certainly would like to see a successful end to this. Naturally, our hearts are with the entire Guthrie family, and fear that it's past time that Nancy will be found alive, considering her need for medication (and her age).
We hope they nab whoever is responsible and that they get the proverbial "book thrown at them!"

Agreed on all counts Dana. This is a terrible thing and needs to end with Mrs. Guthrie returned home safely and the perps locked up for a good long time.
I just wish the media - including Fox News - would stick to facts and not make wild and unsupportable allegations like this.

GOP Rep Says We Can't Deport All the Illegals
Timothy Birdnow
In 1950 there were 151,325,798 people in the United States. There are now two hundred million more. Yet the Truman Administration kicked out no fewer than 1.1 million at a minimum and the Eisenhower Administration another two million or more. That's three million.
So it can be done. Remember, we didn't have an interstate highway system, nor regular air flights, nor the the infrastructure we have now. It was harder to kick people out back then.
This is Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) arguing we should just give up and let illegals take over the country. Just like the GOPe and the Chamber of Commerce have always wanted.
Yes, it will be hard but if we cut off funding for them they will self-deport back home to a large degree. But if we do nothing then nothing happens and their numbers will keep growing.
We don't know until we try. But so many in the GOP have already declared defeat, and that because they don't want to end this. How will they find maids and lawn care?

Why should this mope want to keep people who eventually won't vote for him when they can vote? Or is he, perchance, planning to switch parties?
Posted by: Dana Mathewson at February 09, 2026 11:36 PM (1RU3J)

Dana, it's always been completely baffling as to why so many in the GOP were so eager to have all these illegals, but they were. I wrote a number of years ago about it; there was an aide to then-Mexican President Vicente' Fox, a man named Alfredo Arias-King, who himself was completely puzzled by this. He met with the GOP and simply couldn't understand their eagerness to get these aliens into the country. His conclusion was that the GOP wanted what the Democrats wanted; they wanted these people to take over and become a block that simply ignored politics and thus would not expect results from their leaders - and would not challenge them for office. In other words, the GOP wanted job security. They were the ultimate losers, happy with the scraps given them by the Democrats. They didn't really want to be in charge, just keep their districts safe.
Of course this is madness; as time goes by these illegals become legals and then vote the Republicans out. But they figure it will last their time, I guess.
At any rate Arias King is onto something. Of course there is more to it than that; the donor class wanted this and money is what makes politics go round. The donors wanted cheap labor, or to make America multicultural, and in the end many of the elites saw themselves as citizens of the world rather than Americans (certainly the Bush's saw themselves that way) and want an international order with world government and no borders. This is how you get that.
The Democrats motives are obvious, of course; they just want absolute power.
So both parties have long pushed for unrestrained immigration to remake America and anyone who doubts the Great Replacement theory is kidding themselves. There is no push at all to enculturate any of these immigrants. The Ruling Class wants to refound America without all those annoying freedoms and rights. They want to be in charge and have the public take what is given them (which is how it works in Latin America).

Burger Massa
Timothy Birdnow
Should we now call it "Burger Massa"?
Naturally the franchisee comes from the Land of Lincoln, which we know is so Progressive and cares so much for the vulnerable.
BTW I don't know the particulars, since the article is sketchy in that regard, but we coddle our teenagers far too much and a little honest labor never hurt anyone. It gives the kids money and they can always quit. I just like to point out the hypocrisy of the Left.
Naturally Wisconsin Democrats blame the Republicans in the legislature.
Hew boy!

Warren, Dems Terrified Trump is Fixing Healthcare
Timothy Birdnow
More proof that the Democrats don't care about helping people with their healthcare and more about controlling them through it.
Elizabeth Warren
@SenWarren
TrumpRx is nothing more than Donald Trump’s latest vanity project.
If Donald Trump cared at all about making health care more affordable, he wouldn't have kicked 15 million Americans off their health insurance.
Sure; get everyone on the Exchange and they can't afford the drugs they are supposed to get when they DO go to the doctor! Brilliant!
She wants everyone "insured" with unusable plans.
And you will notice she and her Democratic collegues offer no plan at all to fix the problem, just want Republicans to spend more money on a system that is broken and which they themselves put a sunset on so they would have this as an issue. If they had any interest at all in people's health they would offer a viable competing plan.
The fact that Trump is going to fix it and will own this issue them scares the heck out of them.

TPUSA Halftime Creamed the NFL's Corn
Timothy Birdnow
A
TMZ poll showed Kid Rock and the TPUSA halftime show obliterated the NFL's sleazefest with the transvestite Bunny (who was out of a dress, no doubt owing to last minute pressure by Roger Goodell, the Woke NFL Commish.)
As of 2 a.m. the poll had Rock ahead 78% to 22%.
That's why I had so much trouble finding this; Google was burying these results because they embarrass the NFL and make a mockery of the whole thing.
We need to double down on this and make the NFL fear Middle America. Right now they take us for granted (which is why they no doubt loved this matchup featuring an east and west coast team - no sullying themselves with us hayseeds in "Jesusville".)
Over 20 million viewers changed the channel to watch the TPUSA halftime show, and that doesn't include those who watched other halftime shows that were also on. (Where I was we couldn't find the TPUSA show but watched one featuring Country Western stars.)
We need to Mulvanize the NFL, like we did to Anheuser Bush. They got the message (well, sort of) and it's time the NFL got the message too; we will not be taken for granted.

Good to see those numbers! I must admit we watched neither show, nor the game; wife and I busied ourselves with other entertainment. In fact, we pulled out the card deck and re-acquainted ourselves with the grand old game of Canasta -- and learned once again that it's a hard game to play with only two people.

Of course Dana the numbers of people who WATCHED the NFL drag show dwarfed the numbers of the TPUSA show, but that was to be expected; few would bother to change the channel, and many others would have trouble FINDING the TPUSA show (we did).
At any rate Canasta sounds a lot better than either the game or the halftime show. Shoot; I'd have settled for Old Maid.

Bad Bunny Lays Egg (Where is Elmer Fudd When You Need HIm?)
Timothy Birdnow
Oh, they don't say he did, and they are full of counter claims about how great he was (as, predictably, the whole media was this morning) but the fact remains if they are posting this it means they know a sizable segment of the public hated his show.
And well they should; BB pranced around like a sugarplum fairie, and the whole thing was horribly confusing and disjointed. Oh, the music was catchy in that Latin fashion, like Santana, but it was all in Spanish (and I gather it was quite filthy from what I've read, although not a Spanish speaker I couldn't tell) and it was just, well, weird. They had a bride and groom dancing around for no reason whatsoever. They had several LatinX type stars show up like Ricky Martin for no apparent reason. And they had a football with "love beats hate" emboldened on it. That is the most pathetic, juvenile tripe. BTW the opposite of love is not hate it is indifference, and frankly I was completely indifferent to this performance. What's that tell us?
The fact is this was just a huge FU from the NFL, who have forgotten that they are the NATIONAL football league and not the World League. Oh, and one of their conferences is the AMERICAN conference. America is being erased by the NFL, who seem more interested in a new world order league than in appealing to their base, who have traditionally been working class guys. Now they want to kiss the fannies of the Intelligentsia. Basically they are whores.
While for the next decade we will be told Bad Bunny did a great job, in time I suspect the truth will come out and everyone will talk about that horrible halftime show. It will become a byword, a cautionary tale.
It really should be. It was the Dylan Mulvaney of the NFL.
I couldn't find numbers for the competing halftime shows, nut I suspect a LOT of people tuned out from the official show and tuned in those. TPUSA had Kid Rock, for example. (We tried to find that one and couldn't, but we found a country music one that bored us all so we flipped back to see the end of Bunny. It was a relief when he hopped off stage and the game resumed.
I've grown to completely despise the NFL and particularly the Stuporbowl Halftime show. Can't say much for the game either because it is usually manipulated by the officiating to keep it close, something the refs didn't do last night (actually the Seahags got away with some pretty bad stuff and should have been called for it.) It really is more of a show than a game, and the fact so many people invest so much into it is a sad commentary on America. If we put half of the time and emotional investment into, say, elections, we would not have a problem. But people who wouldn't show up for an election will show up for Superbowl and be insulted by the NFL and think nothing of it. And of course people put even less into the salvation of their SOULS...
This is the modern gladiator games, bread and circuses. Romans cared more about who was going to cut the other slave's head off than about their country, and they all fed at the trough provided by Caesar through taxation. Sound familiar?
At any rate I couldn't find any polls done after the performance but would love to find them. That I couldn't find any showing it was a success tells me there aren't any polls saying good things about it.
The NFL should take heed. Remember what happened to Bud Lite.
OH, and most of the commercials were pretty lame too. This year's Super Bowl really laid an egg.

Seahags Win!
Timothy Birdnow
In the battle between two of America's most Leftist cities the Seattle Seahags spanked the Boston-area New England Patriots last night in the Stuporbowl, winning mostly by field goals as they struggled to put the ball into the end zone but were able to get close enough for the kicker to carry the day. The Pattycakers never did get their offensive game going, being held to one touhdown during "regular" play (they got a second t.d. at the end wen it no longer mattere.)
I'm not going to recount the whole game; most of you saw it. I'm just going to say that of the two teams I was rooting for the Seasick guys because, well, I despise the Pats with all my heart and always will. They are huge cheaters or at least used to be and I will never forgive them for stealing the Superbowl from the St. Louis Rams in k2001. They want on to become a huge dynasty and the Rams slowly faded away. The reverse would have been true had the Rams won, but the league wanted the Pats to be the big kahuna and so zero calls were made despite the fact the Pats were just mugging our receivers and our best ball carrier - Marshall Falk. Oh, and they stole our playbook so knew every play we were running.
At any rate Seattle isn't a whole lot better in my estimation, but I was rooting for them and they won last night handily. A rather hollow victory.
Caught just a bit of the halftime show with that wascally wabbit guy. It was just weird, with a bunch of fake shrubbery undoubtedly hiding the show from the spectators who were there. All I could think of is "where is Elmer Fudd when you need him?" Putting Bad Bunny out of his misery would have been a kindness - for everyone. And we should all find it insulting that the NFL chose that creepy guy, and let it be in Spanish.
I know; the NFL wants to take their freakshow international and no doubt hopes to open franchises in Mexico at least and probably Puerto Rico and who knows where else? But the main reason they did this, I am sure, is to hoist a big middle finger to Trump and MAGA and middle America. They chose Haplesss Hare to stand in solidarity with Latin America. They were telling us in Middle America to pound sand.
Well we should tell the NFL to pound sand. Americans have got to stop giving their hard-earned money to people who hold them in contempt.
Of course I say that after having watched the game so this applies to me too. But I only watched it because I was invited to a party and nobody has to tell me not to accept free beer! Our host got the good stuff too, not cheap American swill but fine local microbrews, which I pretty much cleaned him out of. And there was plenty of free food too; not a bad deal when you are a single man with nothing in the fridge.
At any rate I'm hoping this horror show of a halftime wakes Americans up. The elites in the NFL and other institutions have nothing but contempt for us.
Now on to more important matters...

Poll Shows Overwhelming Support for Deportations, ICE
Timothy Birdnow
Why lookie here; a large majority of Americans support evicting illegals and ICE, according to a new poll.
This contradicts a
new PBS poll which claims Americans are opposed to deportations and hate the actions of ICE.
From the Plymouth Union Poll:
On the surface, nearly three-fourths of voters (74%) stated that fighting illegal immigration was an important issue
for the President and Congress to address. We see a considerable disparity in intensity: 44% of Americans say that fighting illegal immigration is "Very Important” compared to only 7% who believe the issue is "Not Important at All”.
The overall importance of fighting illegal immigration is widely held even among the most ardent voices against
ICE over the past year, including Democrats (58%) and Kamala Harris voters (59%).
]...]
the President’s overall efforts to fight illegal immigration, including "cracking down on
border crossings and increasing deportations.” Approval for his anti-illegal immigration policies sits at 57%. In
addition, we saw specific examples of the current administration’s border security agenda also receive high marks:
• 78% of Americans believe the United States has a responsibility to stop international drug traffickers
and cartel operations before they reach our country.
• 64% of Americans believe that Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro should stand trial in the United
States for his role in international drug trafficking and cartel operations.
• 51% of Americans approve of using ICE agents to fight illegal immigration.
SUPPORT FOR ICE AGENTS
Even in the midst of an onslaught of negative coverage against ICE agents being driven by Democrat policymakers
and members of the mainstream media, Americans strongly stand with ICE agents who are enforcing President
Trump’s anti-illegal immigration agenda. 57% of voters sampled believe that ICE agents should be able to do
their job without being impeded or harassed, a direct blow to the anti-ICE agitators in places like Minneapolis and
California.
Do you believe that ICE
agents should be able
to do their job without
being impeded or
harassed?
Respect for ICE agents among American voters is high. Our sample applauded the men and women of ICE for
answering the call of duty, standing up for our nation’s safety, and for having the courage to do a dangerous job
that many are not brave enough to do.
• 58% Agree: The men and women of ICE are putting their lives on the line to keep America safe. It’s
wrong that some are attacking them when all they’re doing is their job.
• 57% Agree: ICE agents have the dangerous job of keeping us safe from violent criminals. I wouldn’t
want to be an ICE agent, but I’m happy there are people in my community willing to serve in this
necessary role.
There is far less support for the anti-ICE paid protestors and agitators, with only 30% of voters stating that they
support political organizations that pay protesters to impede or harass ICE agents. This figure includes 55% of
voters who consider themselves to be "Very Liberal” and 46% of voters under the age of 30.
CONCLUSION
Voters broadly see illegal immigration as a serious issue that President Trump is properly addressing. There is
clear openness for enforcement measures and general approval of the current approach, especially efforts to
disrupt cartels and hold foreign actors accountable. Support extends to ICE officers enforcing these policies.
Voters emphasize respect for their service and the need to let them do their jobs. By contrast, organized efforts
to obstruct enforcement draw limited sympathy and appear confined to a small but vocal slice of the electorate.
Overall, the center of public opinion favors the America First message of fighting illegal immigration and supporting
ICE agents protecting our communities.
So this issue is a big winner for the GOP. Sadly the Republicans no doubt are already knee-knocking over this and will probably fall into the media's trap.

You can put my wife and me on that poll on the positive side, too.

Trump Tells Bozo to Ef Off
Timothy Birdnow
The Trump Administration has finally had enough and has essentially told Judge James Bozo, er, Basberg to go ef himself.
Pound sand is a nicer way of saying go ef yourself, but the sentiment is the same.
FTA:
"The Trump administration will not comply with a court order requiring due process for hundreds of Venezuelan migrants deported to a maximum-security prison in El Salvador last year, DOJ lawyers said,” reports Fox News Digital. "It sets up a heated clash in court next week in a case that is almost certainly headed back to the Supreme Court.”
The status and plight of 252 Venezuelan migrants deported to a Salvadoran prison last March under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act have emerged as one of the defining court fights of Trump’s second term, allowing the administration to test its mettle against the federal courts and the practical limits of judicial authority, on one of Trump’s biggest policy priorities.
It's a fight that has also put U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who is overseeing the Alien Enemies Act case, squarely in the Trump administration's crosshairs as he attempts to determine what due process protections, if any, the administration is legally obligated to provide and how far the courts can go to enforce them.
A new filing from the Justice Department made clear the administration believes it owes the migrants no additional due process at all. Should the court try to order otherwise, lawyers for the administration said they would promptly seek intervention from higher courts/
The GOP refused to impeach this clown and he's still at work now to thwart the will of the American People and prevent our government from doing it's duty under the Constitution. SCOTUS has already ruled in Trump's favor on this and Boasberg has simply ignored the superior court.
Not only did Boasberg face an impeachment inquiry (which failed) but he was also referred for ethics violation and another judge dismissed those charges without a hearing.
The fact is Trump is following the letter of the law and Boasberg knows it. He's simply writing his own law now. The President is a coequal branch of government and this judge has no right to reverse Trump's policies in this matter; the Constitution gives the President all the power with regards to immigration law.
I'm afraid we need to take stronger action against this guy. Go through his taxes. Look into his associations. I'm sure there is something dirty with this guy. Let's find it.

Hooray! This renegade needs to be told, in terms that even he can understand (which may not be easy), that there are lanes that judges need to stay in. And there need to be penalties for those who stray. The one mistake our Founders made was in not establishing those; they felt the Judiciary was going to be the weakest of the three branches of government, and I'm sure they are looking down from Heaven saying "Boys, we blew that one." Maybe using more formal language...

The Anti-Federalists argued bitterly about not giving the judiciary this kind of power and they were correct. Hamilton argues in the Federalist Papers that - without money or an enforcement mechanism - the judiciary was powerless and easily controlled. He didn't understand the cowardice of the elected branches, who use the judiciary as a tool to get what they want without paying a political price.
The Founders needed a mechanism to remove judges beside impeachment. They blew it.

Antenoran Olympians
Timothy Birdnow
Shades of 1968.
I have mixed emotions about being represented by such jackasses. They have a simple solution - immigrate. I'm sure the 51st state would be happy to have them.
In the 1968 summer Olympics a group of athletes stuck their fists in the air in a "Black Power" salute and badmouthed the United States. George Foreman, who was there, was quite angry about that and there is an iconic photograph of him openly waiving an American flag. That act won my heart (not at the time; I was only 4 years old) but later in life. I've always had a soft spot for Foreman for defending his country that way. He made no bones about the fact he was disgusted by what these clowns did.
Sadly Big George died a little less than a year ago - March 25. No doubt he'd have some choice words for these bozos.
in many other countries these ingrates would be too hard at work to survive to be able to take time to train and go to the Olympics.
Donald Trump responded to one of the losers, er, athletes, one freestyle skier named Hunter Hess (any relations to Rudolf?) in his inimitable way:
"U.S. Olympic Skier, Hunter Hess, a real Loser, says he doesn’t represent his Country in the current Winter Olympics. If that’s the case, he shouldn’t have tried out for the Team, and it’s too bad he’s on it. Very hard to root for someone like this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Indeed Hess took a slot that could have gone to someone who was proud to represent America. And frankly I'd rather lose with a patriot than win with an ingrate.
The article quotes a number of these little snowflakes and not to their advantage. They are proof that many younger Americans are completely spoiled rotten.
I've never cared for the Olympics. It is this neo-pagan festival designed to promote internationalism and the New World Order more than anything. It's also boring, in my opinion. It has long been my fondest dream to one day catch the rely of the torch before the opening of an Olympics and snuff it out with a fire extinguisher. My niece, who hates the Olympics too, has offered to join me, or at least give me tech support if I should care to implement this operation. Good girl!
A fire extinguisher should work nicely. And they are small enough to put in your coat these days.
At any rate these dopes who can't just shut up and ski/skate, whatever should think about Canada; it's close, it's culture is very similar to ours, and unless they move to Alberta they are probably going to be fine. I'd suggest they avoid Greenland though.
In Dante's Inferno one of the lowest circles of Hell is Antenora, the place for traitors to kin and country. Oh, and it's frozen solid; a great place for winter sports if you ask me!

The original Olympics, in ancient Greece, eventually were abolished because they became too political. Maybe it's time for the modern ones to suffer the same fate?

Is the Deep State Crumbling?
Timothy Birdnow
The Deep State's propaganda arms are cracking, and the good folks at Conservative Treehouse suspect this means the efforts to purge the Deep State from our government is likewise working.
He may be right. On the other hand it may be an "operational pause" designed to lull us into a false sense of security. The heat is on these rags, after all, and the only way to protect themselves from long-term harm is to pull in their horns. That does not mean make any meaningful reforms.
But it might.

Chip Roy: Pause ALL Immigration!
Timothy Birdnow
He's right and we need to do this. In fact we did do this in the 1920's and had essentially no immigration to America until Ted Kennedy reopened it (and preferred immigration from the Third World in his bill) in the sixties. That was forty years of no immigration and we did just fine.
Time to do it again.

At this stage we are almost to the point of having no America. That was by design; back in the eighties when I was in college the big thing was multiculturalism, and all the lilberals argued America needed to not be a melting pot but a salad, with individual groups retaining their identity while being part of the whole. It was a terrible idea; look at the Balkans, or India, or the Caucasus. Look at Africa. Places that do not absorb newcomers wind up in a state of constant warfare. Which was the point ultimately to these lefties; they wanted America taken down a peg and punished for her "sins" and wanted to help the Third World rise on America's bones. And now we are at a point where we may never be able to assimilate these people. Too many have come and been catered to for too long.

NFL Disinvites ICE
Timothy Birdnow
Just one more reason to boycott the Superbowl.
Actually I'm going to go to a Superbowl party but only for the socializing and the booze, not for the game. If I hadn't just lost most of the people I love I would just stay home and watch reruns of Star Trek or something.
ICE should put checkpointd at every entrance to the stadium and watch the NFL squirm.
