"The fast food chain Chipotle fired a manager because employees refused to serve a group of young black men unless they first proved they had money to pay for the meal they wanted to order. A video of the confrontation in which the men accuse the manager of racism went viral. From the Miami Herald:
The footage, which has been retweeted more than 52,000 times, showed the Chipotle employees in St. Paul. Minn., moving on to serve a white woman without asking her to show 'proof of income'Â When the camera zoomed in on her, an employee said the food would be on the house because of the incident surrounding her.
"This is not how we treat our customers. We're committed to treating everyone equally and with respect"
 Chipotle said in a statement referring to the black customers. "The manager has been terminated and we are re-training everyone at the restaurant to ensure something like this doesn't happen again"

However, it turns out that one of the men , Masud Ali, the one making the video is a convicted thief who has a social media history of bragging about "dine and dashâ€Â†slang for fleeing restaurants without paying for food.
The Chipotle manager thought she recognized him from dining-and-dashing earlier in the week.

Earlier in the year we had an incident in Clayton, the affluent suburb of St. Louis (in fact, it is the county seat for St. Louis County and close to Washington University) where a number of black patrons did a "dine and dash" at an IHOP and the Clayton police stopped a group of 10 young black students walking down the street in the wee hours of the morning. Police made them return to the restaurant to show receipts (which they all just happened to have still) and the manager said these weren't the chew and screwers. They were released. This became a major news story, with the kids complaining about "racial profiling" and the University demanding - and receiving - a formal apology from the police (who had no choice but to stop these kids as the IHOP had made a complaint.)
I have little doubt this was a setup. The food thieves were in on it, and the ten who were stopped were all walking down the street together with the sole intention of being stopped. We've seen this repeatedly in St. Louis and elsewhere in Missouri, especially after the Mike Brown riots in Ferguson.
The Left wants to create an American version of the Oprichnina. Tsar Ivan the Terrible demanded - and was given - the right to create a nation within greater Russia, one composed of his family and supporters and directly under his rule. The Oprichniki lived under their own laws and could act with impunity in the outside world, as Greater Russia had no legal jurisdiction over them. They implemented a reign of terror in Russia. The Left in America wants something similar, with minorities under different laws than the rest of us. We cannot risk refusing service to someone we believe is stealing, for instance, if they are a minority because minorities are under different laws. That is what is happening here.
In other words, the goal of things like this is to make it clear there are multiple nations within the boundaries of the American Empire, and those nations play under different rules. It's an attempt to balkanize this country.

The feminists tried to establish their own Oprichnina with
Hillary Clinton's run for the Presidency and also the extended hearings and
false accusations against Justice Kavanaugh. "Believe the woman" - and damn the
evidence or lack thereof - is essentially an attempt to establish an
Oprichnina.
