Pawn Shop Marriage in Canada; Judge Rules Three People are parents of Baby

A Canadian judge has ruled that a child born of a menage a-trois has three legal parents.
From Lifesite News: "In ruling on the case of Re CC, Justice Robert Fowler of the Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court Family Division observed the child was born in 2017 as the result of a polyamorous relationship between two men and one woman he described as "stable and ongoing†since June 2015.
"None of the partners in this relationship is married and, while the identity of the mother is clear, the biological father of the child is unknown,†wrote Fowler. The judge did not seem aware of the existence of paternity tests.
The three adults went to court after the Newfoundland Ministry of Service refused to list them all as parents because the province’s Vital Statistics Act allows for the names of only two parents on a child’s birth certificate. "

Indeed, this judge is making laws outside of Parliament. A simple genetic test would determine the father, but he is refusing to do that because he wants to make this a "legitimate" family. While I am uncertain, I suspect Canadian and Newfoundlandian law probably do not allow the judge to grant custody to all three parties.
We've pulled out a thread and where has it lead? Once we redefined marriage to include homosexual couples we destroyed the very meaning of the word and things like this are the inevitable result. No matter how bizarre or ridiculous, if someone now wants to redefine the nature of marriage and family to fit even the strangest of definitions he or she or ze or ve or whatever it decides it wants to make part of our culture will not be denied. There is no longer any right to point to reality as your guiding principle when you have denied it officially.
This would be different if the child actually had genes from all three, something that has actually been accomplished. That is a case that will indeed test the legal system and our understanding of a great many things. It's also a horrible idea, Man playing God at the expense of the child. It's Frankensteinian, a monstrous tampering with a reality that was put in place for a reason by Nature and Nature's God. But it IS something that will be a huge problem in the future.
But this is not the case here; this is just a judge ignoring reality.
And this new term Polyamorous? As was said on a reality television show I saw once "polyamorous is just a fancy term for slut" and I can find no fault in the logic. Clearly a "polyamorous" relationship is just an excuse for infidelity and promiscuous sex.
There is no benefit to the child, who is given a terrible example. And what happens when (not if) the relationship falls apart? Marriage between man and woman is hard enough, but with three balls being juggled (pardon the pun) it becomes entirely unmanageable. The women will gang up on the man, or the man and one woman will gang up on the third. You will have jealousy, deceit, favoritism, and there WILL be outside lovers coming in. The Rubicon has been crossed, so why not? Especially if one partner feels neglected.
And the poor kid is stuck in this mess without choice.
But the Left never cares about collateral damage; the Revolution must roll forward and a few broken eggs are just tough luck. With three parents it's as though the kid was sold to a pawn broker.
