Jack Kemp replies:
The only thing that I can say is that I totally agree with you, Dana.
This attack on Kavanaugh is really an attack on all of us Deplorables who voted for Trump and upon the Founding Fathers and upon Yaweh Himself.
One of my favorite verses. This is what's behind the Kavanaugh struggle.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high place
And from Tim:
I agree, Dana. This is matter of spiritual warfare, not just political. It IS an attempt to destroy Trump, to deny Trump the ability to act in a constructive manner. It will also be a threat to anyone who dares accept a Trump nomination - we are coming for you if you do. Who is going to accept Trump's next nomination to SCOTUS after this? Nobody will willingly go through what Kavanaugh has just endured.
That is why swift and terrible political retribution must be taken by the GOP. Getting away with this - even if it fails - will be an unmitigated disaster, not just for Trump, or even the Republican Party. It will be a societal disaster, something that forever alters America in a dark and horrible way.
Woe to the inhabitants of the Earth, for Satan has come down to you in great wrath, for he knows his time is short.
Dana, I do disagree in that I don't know that the Antichrist will be UNIVERSALLY loved. But he'll have more than enough people loving him to allow him to accede to power over much more than just his home country. I always believed he would be the embodiment of the Progressive philosophy, an "enlightened" "woke guy who seems, well, a lot like Obama.
Which brings up an associated point; the Antichrist is said to miraculously recover from a head wound. I doubt that is literal. In the context of Revelations it would suggest a POLITICAL headwound. Like being permanently out of power and then somehow returning? I dunno, but one wonders what the "Shadow White House' is doing these days as Obama stealthily leads the Resistance.
Not say Obi is the guy, but I can see how he might be. He's certainly evil enough, and will do anything to advance his power.
If Trump loses in his next election, will the Dem president nominate him to the U.N.? And from there he may become Sec Gen. and the Donkeys will consider him President, defer entirely to him here. I can see it happen.
