The Certificates of Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities will be documents that are issued by a trusted organization, and that prospective employers can use in lieu of diplomas and transcripts.
Employers need to know about the capabilities of the people they consider to hire.
Colleges and universities are not reliable sources on 8 Feb 2024.
So there will be testing organizations and certifying organizations within each major area of business that hires employees.
It does not matter how the person became capable.
Online courses are as good as books and campuses.
Universities and colleges are now a burden to America, so their elimination will be a good thing, not a bad thing. Why do we want to produce angry people who hate their country? What good is that? Who would hire them? What could they be used for?
Nobody, nothing ...... right!
So my skills cards will be Photon-DSP authenticated, you can get that done at a participating bank. Most businesses have a bank, where they bank.
The cards as usual will be highly tamper evident, with seals made by me using Lanthanides and borosilicate glass (same kind as chemistry test tubes).
I don't do the certifying. It just authenticate the skills cards, which are like credit cards, but you get credit for having certain skills in your head, and hands, rather than monetary credit for having certain dollars in your account.
In a world that going fraudulent at a second derivative rapid pace, you want Reality. You want to KNOW that the person you hire CAN do the job. Your want a personnel reliability program that includes the capacity of the job holders.
I don't test for that. I just authenticate the documents that state the results of the tests done.
You want your dentist, or lawyer, or broker, to have certain skills. My technology helps communicate the existence of those skills from the certifier to the employer, and one by-product is the elimination of so-called "higher education" (bunch of communists).
Tim adds:
Great idea and sorely needed. Colleges are worthless, as are high school diplomas.
Back in the old days when there were guilds you would be apprenticed then would be tested on your mastery before you could move beyond apprentice. Formal schooling wasn't required.
During Revolutionary War times to become a lawyer one had to undergo an examination by three judges. If they signed your card you were a lawyer; if not you weren't. Law school wasn't required.
Patrick Henry got his law degree by conning his examiners. One passed him, the other two he tricked into believing the others had so they went along.
In fact, most of the Founding Fathers did not attend law school even though they were lawyers.

The system worked and it cut out a huge bureaucracy that is more about it's own profit and interests than in actually educating.
We desperately need this. We need to beak the power of the educational establishment, an establishment which is now maleducating the students.
