Sleep deprived? More like she was on a week-long drunk, if you ask me. Only someone really loaded would make such a bad decision.
Actually this shows she's not Presidential material; Presidents have to be able to be dog-tired and make good decisions. She's just asleep at the wheel.

Agreed Dana. This was her first PRESIDENTIAL decision and she blew it. What does that say about her judgment?
