The radical left has cleverly tried to justify the indoctrination of kids into the racist "Critical Race Theory" by claiming government has a free speech right to do that under the 1st amendment.
Actually, the indoctrination is a violation of the 1st amendment, because it prohibits the establishment of a State Religion.
There's a good chance the courts lack the intelligence to recognize that or the courage to acknowledge it; that's why it has to be banned legislativelyCritical Race Theory is what is going to wake up suburban Democrats as to just what a grotesque monster their party has become. Tthe government doesn't have First Amendment rights. The Bill of rights is a restriction on government, not on the People. They can't claim First Amendment rights that trump the rights of the populace.
Actually, I don't think ANYTHING will wake up the suburban Democrats. They sold their souls to the Party long ago and nothing said party does will change their loyalty.
