BREAKING REPORT: Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals BLOCKS MANDATE FOR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP to vote in Arizona..

On August 1, a panel of the Ninth Circuit reversed a previous ruling that MANDATED proof of citizenship for voting in federal elections.
In a close 2-1 decision, the new ruling permits individuals to register to vote using a state form without needing to provide citizenship documentation for federal offices like President and Congress.

I can't use the word I used when reading this; it's a family forum! Suffice it to say if this ruling stands before the election the state of Arizona should simply nullify the ruling. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison both argued that states have that Constitutional right. Just tell this court to stuff it. Biden has done that repatedly after all. Let the court go to the Feds to enforce their ruling. If the Democrats lose we'll see if Trump's DOJ enforces it.

This is nothing but election tampering by out-of-control leftist and revisionist courts.
