Another False Witness against Kavanaugh

Timothy Birdnow

Thar she blows!

In what was destined to be an inevitable event, another woman has emerged to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual impropriety, this time at Yale where he is accused of exposing himself to a drunhken yong lady at a party his freshman year.

Bloom Energy's Tangled Web

Paul Driessen

The Delaware legislature has let Bloom Energy operate for years under a unique definition of "renewable energy” that allows Bloom to qualify for special treatment and subsidies by claiming its fuel cells "could” run on biofuels like methane from cows or landfills – even if they never have, even if they have always been fueled solely by natural gas from drilling and fracking, and even if they generate hazardous wastes in the process. State government officials even let Bloom build a major hazmat-generating fuel cell facility in a sensitive coastal zone area.

They still ask no questions and require no permits or records for the hazardous materials – which are being stored on site or transported for disposal, perhaps across state lines. (No one seems to know.) Meanwhile, Bloom has raked in $1.5 billion thus far in subsidies – while simultaneously losing $2.4 billion.

It’s a fascinating saga of greed, deception and political connections – as Clint Laird and I detail in our article this week

Pyrric Victory if Kavanaugh is Confirmed?

Timothy Birdnow

While we all have been vociferously defending Brett Kavanaugh, I will point out that there is cause for concern about him; he's an insider man, a guy who has spent his whole life worming his way into the Establishment.

Cliff Kinkaid warned about Kavanaugh and Robert Mueller in the same article back in August:

"But the real target is the Supreme Court. As incredible as this may sound to those who have been sold on his nomination, the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court will guarantee a Deep State victory over Trump. He is a Washington insider who attends a liberal Catholic parish and can't be counted on to reverse the cultural damage done by decades of liberal judicial supremacy."

Brits and Aussies Tampered with the Election

Timothy Birdnow

Lee Carey makes an excellent point; how did MI6 agent Christopher Steele and Australian Foreign Minister Alexander Downer get to see the Trump FISA warrant when nobody else in America can?

And Donald Trump tweeted that "key allies" asked the documents be kept sealed. Hmm. Who could that be?

Looks to me like foreign powers tried to tamper with the election alright, but they speak English.

Women insulted that UK cross-dressing banker named "Woman Biz Champion"

Jack Kemp forwards this:

A "Gender-fluid" Credit Suisse boss who
sometimes wears a wig and dress to work
is named among top 100 WOMEN in business

A quote from the full article found here...

A male bank director who occasionally dresses as a woman has been slammed for Ëœmaking a mockery of women's by accepting a place on a list of the Top 100 Women in Business."

Philip Bunce, who works at Credit Suisse, claims to be "gender fluid" and "non-binary" and will split his time "fifty-fifty" between Pippa and Philip - occasionally dressing in a wig and dress. But his appearance on the Financial Times & Her-oes Champions of Women in Business list has been branded "insulting" by those who think occasionally dressing as a woman is not enough to qualify.

Cave or Strategy?

Dana Mathewson

Grassley hasn't given an automatic cave-in to reschedule to Wednesday. He's made the offer contingent on Ford's agreement to be there -- which she has NOT yet given. I also like how he's refused to give in to all her lawyers' demands, though I wish he'd said "no" to some of the others too.

Ford -- and her Soros-backed attorney -- is playing for time, which Chuck is understandably unwilling to give her. Pardon my vulgarity, but he's saying "Pee or get off the pot," and she's frantically trying to fill her bladder -- or giving that impression, anyhow.

I DO know that the GOPers have agreed to an "interview" on Thursday. If it were Mitch McConnell's dealing, I'd say they're doing their usual idiot act. But since it's Chuck Grassley, I'm taking a wait-and-see attitude. I am hopeful that enough of his crowd is honestly aware just how important all of this stuff is that he has some strategy in play -- some "long con" in the works, even.

Meanwhile, gang, say your prayers!

Trick or Trap? the War of the Rosensteins

Timothy Birdnow

Well, it really has gone and hit the fan. A New York Times story is claiming Rod Rosenstein suggested wearing a wire to secretely record the President and use it for a 25th Amendment intervention to remove Trump from office.

In short, if true, he was suggesting a coup against the duly elected President of the United States.

Republicans Betray Tea Party

Timothy Birdnow

While the circus in the Senate Judiciary Committee has had everyone distracted, the GOP majority has quietly broken the bank with a massive and largely useless spending bill that makes the Great Society appear frugal.

The good news; the military is getting an across-the-board pay raise.

The bad - so is everything else, even the worst Obama-era sinkholes.

Senate delaying until Wednesday? Damn.

Jack Kemp

This is like Norma Desmond from Sunset Boulevard ordering the Senate around. Is she ready for her closeup with Mr. DeMille?

Delay until Wednesday? Hell, I'd hold the vote Monday morning, Sept. 24, at 9:15 a.m.

Some crap about she can't travel by plane? There is videoconferncing technology available were she can testify close to her coven and still make sure that her pot of "eye of newt" doesn't get overcooked.

The Republicans are teetering on losing the 2018 elections because of not just this crazy "professor" but also because of Sen. Susan Collins and Sen. Flake.

FL Police drag student pilot who tried to steal a plane

Jack Kemp forwards this:

Police: Foreign student pilot had to be dragged from aircraft in criminal attempt to steal a plane

A foreign student pilot was arrested in Florida on Thursday, after allegedly climbing over a barbed-wire-topped fence and boarding a commercial aircraft at Orlando Melbourne International Airport. The 22-year-old has been charged with criminal attempt to steal a plane.
What are the details?

Authorities say that around 2 a.m., part-time aviation management student Nishal Sankat (JACK's NOTE: What? I thought maybe the name would have been Sean O'Leary or Knute Knuteson or Meyer Goldberg - NOT) parked his vehicle outside the airport and left it running while he scrambled over the fence near a hangar. He then climbed aboard an American Airlines plane that was undergoing maintenance.

Airport spokesperson Lori Booker told the media that an avionics technician was in the planeâ€â„¢s galley at the time, and saw Sankatâ€â„¢s shadow when the suspect boarded the plane.

â€Å“He turned around and said, â€ËœWho are you? Show me your badge,â€Â Booker reported. She said the employee then told Sankat, â€Å“Get on the ground, mister. Youâ€â„¢re in trouble.â€Â

The technician then grabbed Sankat and hauled him off the plane with the help of another tech. While one of them held the suspect down, another called the police.

GOP Rep. has Ginsburg joke...

Jack Kemp

GOP rep wins the room with joke about Ruth Ginsburg being gropedâ But, not everyone's laughing

From the Bizpacreview:

"Amid all the consternation over the confirmation process of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., cracked a funny joke about 85-year-old Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Norman was speaking before a bipartisan audience at the beginning of a debate with his Democratic opponent at a local Kiwanis Club when he asked the room if they had heard the late-breaking news on Kavanaugh's confirmation.

"Ruth Bader Ginsburg came out that she was groped by Abraham Lincoln," Norman then deadpanned.
Despite making Ginsburg, revered on the left for her liberal views, the butt of the joke and making light of accusations that have been leveled against Kavanaugh, the crowd laughed at the joke.

Kavanaugh to be given a fair trial then shot

Timothy Birdnow

Lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford, the pscyhology prof accusing SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh of attempting to rape her in high school, are demanding that Kavanaugh speak to Congress first (so she will know what to say when she gets up on the stand.) One of the Osprey here, Eddie, makes the following point:

"Jonathon Turley described this "situation" as similar to a batter not allowed to swing at a pitched ball until it has been caught by the catcher."

This would be, of course, a monumental violation of all rules of order in American jurisprudence. But the crybaby Democrats will probably demand it. Well, o.k. then. If they want this then Ford should be searched for electronic devices of any sort, put in a sound-proofed, electronic proofed booth while Kavanaugh testifies, then made to immediately testify after he is finished.

Bet the Democrats won't go for that.

The whole point of getting Kavanaugh to testify first is to see what he says so she can tailor her testimony based on his. This is rather like bringing charges before the police have actually interviewed any witnesses. Kavanagh, accused with no deetails and over something three and a half decades old, has the right to confront his accuser, and the right to know what those accusations really are.

Ford's handlers know Kavanaugh will poke all sorts of holes in her testimony, which is why they have to have him go first. The GOP had better not fall for this.

Kavanaugh Accuser tied to Big Pharma and Abortion

Timothy Birdnow

Here is another web page that analyzes the nature of Mrs. Ford's high school. Whiile we have covered much of this in other posts, I found this part quite interesting (and am surprised I didn't catch it myself.)

"Christine Blasey Ford participated in 8 published studies, which researched uses for the "abortion pill” or mifepristone. In five of these studies, Professor Ford is listed as affiliated with Corcept Therapeutics (as well as Stanford University).

Korlym is approved by the FDA for individuals with Cushing’s syndrome who also have type 2 diabetes (not diabetes only). Cushing’s Syndrome is a rare disease. Based on 2002 prevalence data, it was extrapolated (estimated) that there were 587 individuals with Cushing’s Syndrome in the USA.

Although Korlym is only approved for Cushing’s Syndrome and diabetes ONLY, it is widely available online as an "abortion pill” or "Emergency Contraceptive and Abortifacient”.

End excerpt.

So, what can we learn from this? She and her husband are both deeply indebted to the pharmaceuticals industry, and derive their income to a large extent from it, and she has done a good deal of work on abortifacients. Could it be she is terrified of Kavanaugh turning the tide on Roe V. Wade and thus cutting off the gravy train?

The Kavanaugh Show Trial

Fay Voshell's latest:

https://www.lifesitenews.com/opinion/the-kavanaugh-show-trial-looks-like-something-from-the-soviet-union

From the article:

"What we are seeing played out is an ideological proxy war. It is a struggle between progressive mythos of collective guilt and the Western concept of individual guilt.

For decades, progressives have seen the dynamic of history only in terms of categories and classes of people, not in terms of individual innocence or guilt."

In the courtroom of the progressive mind, Judge Kavanaugh is automatically guilty of oppression because he is a white male and a symbol of patriarchal oppression. Whether or not he committed the assault he is accused of is very nearly irrelevant. He is an archetype who is seen as inherently evil, as he might wind up impinging on "rights” crucial to radical feminist progressives, who automatically count themselves among the oppressed.Read it all at Lifesitenews.

Brett Kavanaugh and the Star Chamber

Timothy Birdnow

"Are you now, or have you ever been, a teenage boy?"

That seems to be the thrust of the Waterloo last stand by the Democrats and their media allies, who have spent decades criminalizing male behavior and have now made it a matter of guilty until proven innocent when any female, no matter how emotionally unstable or politically motivated, makes a claim that is so old that it cannot not only be proven or disproven but where the parties involved may well not even be alive. While they laughed off the "bimbo eruption squads" of Bill Clinton and Hillary's leading the attacks on women who President Penis molested they now are willing to take the word of someone claiming to have been "assaulted" back in the early 1980's by a high school aged Brett Kavanaugh.

Now, I am not saying attempted rape is a minor matter, don't misunderstand. But what really happened, if anything at all?

Gluten Free Christianity

Timothy Birdnow

In response to the story about Gluten free communion wafers Martha Mathewson, wife of our North Central Editor Dana, gives us an amusing anecdote:

The Catholic Church has offered GF hosts (the wafer -- known as The Body of Christ) for quite a while now -- so apparently they are ahead of the curve in this (if the Episcopal Church is any example).

A bit of an amusing story:

About 2 1/2 years ago, I was acting interim music director and liturgist in the church where I am now (just) accompanist and pianist. In that role, I attended the staff meetings.

One item of discussion:
"Father, this past Sunday, Jesus was stale".
"Yes, I know. Our order didn't arrive in time."

(It took me a minute before I 'Got' it, and I burst out laughing, thus completely interrupting the proceedings!).
