Frisco has no monopoly on stupidity, on many different levels.

Jack Kemp repllies:
Maybe Frisco has no monopoly but the hotel rooms are more expensive than a lot of other places. And the gas for a rental car isn't cheap with all the state taxes.
And there is an argument for staying close to home, something about "the devil you know." At least at home you won't be arrested for calling someone "him" instead of "ze."
And this from Dana Mathewson
Good points, Jack. Eddie and I can get around the St. Paul area and pretty much see only two sexes (or "genders" as they are misnamed). At least that's all I see, in the part of town I frequent, and I'm assuming it's the same for Eddie. I can usually stay out of downtown Minneapolis.
The range of gas prices in this area is $2.32 - $2.56. Not sure what it is in Eddie's area. Sure gonna be higher than that in San Francisco.
